Subway — Restaurant in Romulus

Good Evening, I had experienced bad customer service here years ago and thought that i would give them another try since it had been a few years since i went there. I go in and no one says Hi.. may I help you, he just looked at me like tell me what you want. After, he made my sandwich a white man came in an did not even have the door all the closed before they both gave him a friendly greeting. Then, when the man asked if they will accept his coupon, she stated that Oh.. You should just save that one because the steak foot longs are just $6 today so, I was like WOW! I did not know that, I said I would have gotten that...they acted like I said nothing. I can see if I was rude or disrespectful but, that is not in my nature. So, I said nothing else and did not show any type of attitude and WAS NOT TOLD, THANK YOU OR HAVE A GOOD NIGHT! That was so weird! I never want to experience this again for that matter NO one else. I WILL GO OUT OF MY WAY TO GO TO A FURTHER LOCATION THAT HAS GOOD CUSTOMER SVC

This Subway is awful. Everytime I come in on the weekends the same guy is always working by himself. This location is never properly staffed. I write this while I'm waiting in line because that's how slow this place is. People waiting in line longer than I have just keep walking out and new people come in, take one look at the line and walk out too. Whoever owns this location you're doing a terrible job. You clearly don't know how to run a business and can't see that your own staff is stressed out. This guy is running backing and forth doing it all with no help. I would do your best to avoid this location at all cost or don't come in around lunch time. You can expect at least a 15-20...

I was in Subway today this afternoon to get a grilled chicken salad from my aunt and I parked next to the restaurant I didn't park in a parking space, so when I went inside this big ass 7' tall Herman the monster looking CLOWN Told me to move my car, I was very polite and professional and I moved my car but if you ever speak to me in that tone again I'm going to cuss your big bumb ss out, I Promise.!!!
