Cashier had no idea what was in the food when asked if there are onions. Not the big deal here.... the attitude about not knowing & total lack of interest in finding out. Really poor customer service. This resulted in a lost sale, and w/ the prices here this loss was probably enough to build a school for a small village somewhere, and then take all those children & send them all to a private college. In addition to the poor customer service, when I sat down the person eating their food said to me âsheâs not very niceâ and proceeded to tell me about her unpleasant experience w/ the same cashier.
So we went w/ an already prepared Caesar salad w/ chicken. The chicken tasted as if it was cooked on a grill that still had last summers burnt food on it. The croutons were ridiculously stale. The fruit in the fruit cup was good. 1 little Caesar salad & a fruit cup cost $19.99. OMG!
If I knew how to give a negative review I would.

I originally ordered pasta but due to a recent food poisoning issue from a restaurant in Birmingham mi I could barely get the well spiced food I originally order down.
I asked for the manager and he happily accommodated me.
He made me a pb&j just like I asked and refunded all of my money as well as asked me if there was anything else he could do to assist me .

Read moreA DIFFERENT APPROACH TO BUFFALO SANDWICH - Buffalo chicken sandwich and onion ring meal for a bit less than $14, a fair price for airport pricing. Unique taste with the ground chicken and sausage combination with blue cheese to soften the sting from the spiciness of the meat. Additionally, the sand which was not greasy. Next time I would skip the onion rings and drink and just buy the burger itself. This is a different approach to the traditional fried food smothered with buffalo sauce and served with ranch or blue cheese in a cup. I would recommend this for a go, or even just a sausage combination if in the A Concourse of the Detroit Airport. Thanks for reading. See photos, if this review helps give...
