Brookstone — Local services in Romulus

I just purchased a C7 Shiatsu massage seat as a gift. They are shipping it for me, which I GREATLY appreciate. I ran over to this store between flights, the transaction was quick and easy. Jessica helped me, she was friendly. The only complaint I had was that they do not have the correct store hours listed on Google Maps. I've been trying to get to their location several times during the last week to make this big purchase, but every time I was in the DTW airport they were closed! Even though their store hours say they close at 10pm (on the days I was there). So they never updated their hours after the pandemic started. They should have. Even worse, the phone number listed doesn't work anymore, so I couldn't even call them to see what their closing time is! This associate that helped me today said she would tell the store manager about these issues. I hope the massage seat works! It's a surprise...

looked at luggage, the guy who was there in the afternoon on sat july 19 was fantastic. I was only shopping for something smaller than what I had one me (22" tumi arrive) but bigger than the various underseats i have.
