Awful customer service. We were kicked out of the store in about 5 minutes for reading books displayed.

I was browsing items in the store, meanwhile my two kids were reading the books.

Then the shopkeeper lady told us to go to another book store down the hall, because she can’t allow us to wrinkle the books.

My kids were just quietly reading. Why do you wanna kick kids out from kids store? I don’t quite understand what her deal is. Wonder if she felt some sort of accomplishment or satisfaction.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Their employee Dave was disgusting towards my daughter with special needs, who wasn’t even bothering him AT ALL! We were spending money and she was overly excited. He had crude disgusting comments as if an opinion of someone who DOESNT have kids matters. I’d never return to this establishment especially if he’s working there. You work in a kids...

Very rude customer service. Will NOT return to this store and will spread the word if the same employees continue to work there that they DO NOT deserve anyones business.
