Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Roseburg

Highly disappointed in my visit today. I come to this location almost every morning for my morning coffee on my way to water my garden. This morning me and my fellow gardener where riding our bikes and a car swerved around us as we where almost to the drive up window making us wait. No one acknowledged that this happened. When we got to the window the girl only took one of our orders even thou we both clearly had thermoses. Also she did not give me the 25cent discount. She was unfriendly with me. Did not offer a receipt. I will not be coming here for a long time. I feel I will have a better experience going out of my way to get my morning brew. I wrote a message on their message board and they never answered to this message posted above! Been coming to dbs for 6 years and have never received such...

I like to get a blended cold drink. Today's drink what was mostly liquid. So not necessarily bad it's just not what I thought I was ordering. And I order the same drink every time a picture perfect. It was mostly chocolate syrup and liquid with minimal ice so I felt like I was drinking a chocolate syrup drink rather than a coffee drink. I give up... My kids seem to get the drinks they like without issues. I will just stop ordering the picture perfect. Sadly, it's the only drink you offer that I like, but I only like it when the chocolate syrup is not turning the drink black. I also like the ice.

I tried calling in and there appears to be a high volume of calls and after being on hold for almost 15 minutes I got hung up on.

Couple of fails.....1 being when I order 4+ drinks i expect to have my card AND returned to me with however many drinks ordered. I do expect my drinks to be as I ordered as well and NOT over charged. Most of the crew is great....but 1 in particular.....wish i could remember or know his name gets it wrong....ie see above comments as he was the 1 that has had the chance with me at least twice. he maybe needs to slow down, read orders and acknowledge the customer no matter how long the line can be. but like I said the rest of the crew is great .....maybe he is in training unknown.....its close to where i need to go quite a bit so we'll see if i...
