TERRIBLE. I have never had the urge to leave a review from a bad experience at a fast food restaurant, as it is to somewhat be expected.
However, this was the WORST experience at what is normally a good place to eat. Aside from the menu lights at drive through no being lit up, the employee on the other end kept adding to my order as if i said anything but my 1 sandwich. I also mentioned to have NO mayonnaise 3 times. 3 separate times..
When i got to the window to pay, i used exact change of my amount, which was taken with an annoyed sigh from the window worker because he had to count change. When I got my food I told him to have a good night, and he just nodded. Not great customer service.
Finally, the food itself. If the food had been decent, i would've shrugged the whole thing off. First, the sandwich had mayo on it, despite telling them VERY CLEARLY not to have any on it. The stuffed jalapeños and curly fries were cold, but tasted fine (a bit stale but whatever). The sandwich had weird yellow juice coming out of the chicken, and looked like the just put the ingredients on a piece of paper blindfolded and wrapped it. I couldn't eat that. for $11 total, i will gladly get a higher quality meal elsewhere.
Will never be back in the area, but I hope this review gives some insight to customers, as well as info to owners to take action...
Read moreUsed to go to this Jack in box every time we visited Roseburg just to get the tacos, the people there were so friendly and we really enjoyed going... but the last 2 times we went in the last 2 months was so disapointing we will never go back. 1st time they got all our orders wrong. the wrong sandwich completely, wrong number of tacos. the bathrooms had No toilet paper in them. the employees were rude, there was soda all over the bench and the floor. the 2nd time they got the orders wrong again, my husband went up to correct it and the cashier said "what do you want?" the ice machine was making a horrible noise and the ice was jammed, when my husband told the manager he ignored him and was rude. the ice machine was making loud noises and one woman actually jumped and said are they even going to check it? no one did. and people were having to go to the counter to get their ice. there was water all over the Soda counter where the ice machine was dripping water pretty bad. i hope they get a new manager and new employees soon, or they will lose a lot of business, i know...
Read moreThis restaurant is supposed to be open 24/7 but for the past 3 nights they've decided to close before 3 my husband works night shift so him and his coworker come in frequently. They talked to one of the team leaders before doing this, and he said they were going to start closing at 4 am, which was fine because they get off work at 3 am. Two nights in a row there were caution cones in the drive thru around 3:20 am and last night they had them blocking the drive thru at 1am ,I called the restaurant to speak to a manager about thiss and today's team leader answered 3 times refusing to let me speak to a manager lying about being the manager and 3rd time admiting she lied and all 3 times she hung up before I could tell her the situation . Pretty sure she knew what I was going to say because as soon as I mentioned its something I need to tell the manager about night shift she became the manager.anyway hope the establishment isn't paying people to hang out after closing really early because employees are parked there for hours after they close at 1 and you're losing a lot of...
