Normally I would give this place five stars. In the last 2 months, their customer service and their ability to make menu items correctly have gone downhill. Based on my experience today I would give them 1 star. They added chocolate to a drink that doesnât have chocolate and I couldnât drink because Iâm breastfeeding my newborn baby. I didnât have the time to go back in and I had placed my order over the phone because I was short on time. Drink ended up in the trash and the customer service when placing the order was very short with an unpleasant tone. I donât expect to be treated like royalty but when my favorite place for ten years decides they all of a sudden donât care, itâs quite upsetting. Thanks for making a hard day even harder. Five stars to the owner though, sheâs a super sweet lady and maybe they are just having a rough...
Read moreThis is a great place! I used to go here every Wednesday morning with some other youth in high school and do a bible study. They are Christian run and if you ever need to find a pastor they are like always there. Their ruebens are really good and the chips that come with them are very good and not just lays. They have a really good drink selection whether you would like cold/hot caffeinated/ or decaf they've got it. They are all well made drinks and sandwiches along with their muffins and soups. Their batistas are amazing and sooo nice. They are kind and are always there to help. Outside they have a little gas lit fire table to sit at and stay warm in those brisk mornings that you want to have a coffee and a muffin with your best friend from childhood. It truly is a great place and if I could rate any higher than 5 stars...

There were plenty of real cappuccino mugs sitting on top of the machine so getting it in a paper cup was perplexing. Also the cappuccino itself was made in a unorthodox way: instead of 1/3rd milk and 1/3rd microfoam they went through the effort to make and spoon in stiff milk meringue on top, a bad idea from 10 years ago when nobody knew any better. Thirdly, the price was pretty high: $8 for the cappuccino with a single cookie. I wouldn't mind paying that for a quality drink made correctly, but for me this wasn't it.
As for positives: it's a nice looking storefront with available Wifi and comfortable to hang out. I didn't try any of the food beyond the cookie but it looked like they had some...
