Tino's Tacos — Restaurant in Roseburg

I am a long-time customer since Tino first opened. After several years away from Roseburg I stopped to buy a burrito and it is not what it used to be. First cooks need to be friendlier so you need to change your cooks. Second please why the burrito was full of lettuce ? I ordered a alpastor burrito and it was pure lettuce just alittle bit of meat.. The burrito was cold. Tino really needs to change those cooks and change the menu.( No lettuce on the burritos or quesadillas) I don't think it will have many customers with this service and food. My partner and I gave this truck a try after hearing so many great reviews - the meat was terrible. I hate to say it, but we got carnitas and carne asada and I couldn’t eat either. My carnitas had a crazy amount of fat, and I understand it’s a fatty meat, but it was almost like it was soaked in a liquid and completely saturated my torta. The carne asada was dry and had absolutely no flavor, not even salt and pepper. Had an early morning craving for tacos, Tinos had good reviews and they did not dissapoint! My husband and I ordered 2 each of the carne asada tacos. They are small, but double wrapped with 2 corn tortillas and full of delicious flavorful beef asada. The hot sauce is killer. Comes topped with white chopped onion and cilantro.
