They be shortstaffed, but when you go in there after they just got hit with a rush, it is absolutely disgusting in there. It's like a bong blown up. They don't understand. I think that they don't need to keep pushing cars through to the point where they don't stop and clean stuff up, the garbage can with piled up a foot and a half overflowing there is ice cream on the ground everywhere there was a bucket of melted ice cream right next to the thing the shake machine that they used to make all of our blizzards and shakes with filthy disgusting and it's because they got hit with a rush and are shorthanded or not so they're not cleaning anything up and they're in a hurry so they're making a mess and it's sad. It's sad to see because those people don't deserve to have to be so stressed out the one complain about employees I would have is that there's a manager there that has he opened the window to give me my food was talking to another employee and about somebody saying something and he said some things that he shouldn't have said in front of a customer, and and with the attitude he had in the tone also on that same visit. I was trying to call to call mine in to make it a little bit easier and I called several times in a row, and they just didn't answer the phone other than that the kids that work under management the regular employees they do the best they can their great kids, but they don't deserve to be so stressed out like that. I think a lot of it comes down to. I don't know if it's a poor management, but in training, but it's absolutely disgusting to go in there in a rush like that. I almost wanted to go in the back behind the counter and start cleaning stuff up that's how bad it was but their food is not bad. The only thing I do buy is a blizzard and I love blizzard. They do a great job...
Read moreI was BANNED from Roseburg’s Dairy Queen because I called the police at the manager’s insistence. I purchased a chocolate malt from the drive-thru window and gave the cashier $20. I had driven approximately 10 feet from the window when I realized the cashier had given me $7.10 in change rather than $17.10. I couldn’t back-up to the window because another car had pulled into my place in line. I immediately parked and walked to the drive-thru window because all the restaurant doors were locked due to coronavirus. I told the cashier she had shorted me $10 and she said her manager would be right out.
Manager Kenny told me it was company policy to not pay me once I had driven away from the drive-thru window. If I wanted my money, I would have to wait 2 hours when they “counted out the till” at the end of the shift. I asked why he couldn’t just “count out the till” right now and he said it was against company policy. I told him this was robbery and said I would call the police. He encouraged me to go ahead and call the police.
I walked to my truck and phoned the police. While explaining to the police dispatcher that I would like to have an officer contact me, Manager Kenny appeared at my truck window. When I finished my phone call, Manager Kenny told me, “I just counted out the till and it was $10 over.” He held out $10 to me and said “are we good.” There was no attempt at an apology. I told him we would be good when I got through talking with the police and told them how he had tried to rob me. Manager Kenny then told me I was banned from Dairy...
Read moreI am not normally one to complain but I had the worst experience EVER while going through the drive through tonight. When I pulled up to the order board a voice came on and said “what do you want”. I couldn’t believe what I heard. I have worked fast food before and still work in customer service. I could never talk to someone that way. I put in my order for a chicken strip meal and the lady just said go to the window. When I got to the window a guy opened it. I asked if he could scan my app for points. He jerked the phone out of my hand. He didn’t say anything to me. He just scanned it and took my payment then roughly closed the window. After a couple minutes he flung the window open and shoved my drink towards me. When I grabbed it he slammed the window again. After waiting another 5 or 6 minutes the guy did the same thing with my meal. But this time he glared at me while holding it out the window. I grabbed the box and he slammed the window again while giving me a dirty look. I understand people have bad days but I was nothing but polite to them. This was the rudest service I have ever received from any business I have gone to. The food was fresh and hot thanks to the cook but the people working in the front were so rude. I will not...
