We stopped in enroute from Umpqua Forest to the coast. My wife was starving and I had no interest in eating bagels. I used the restroom and upon coming out and smelling the various bagels, opted to try one. I asked what the most popular one was and it was the jalapeño cheddar. I ordered that and my wife got a cinnamon one. I’m not a big bagel fan but honestly until then, I’d never had a great bagel. Man. What have I been missing? Both of them were out of this world. 5/5 Service was friendly. 5/5 Bathroom was clean 4/5

My new favorite bagel place! The variety is so amazing and they’re so yummy. My favorite bagel place had closed down so i was excited when I found this place on a road trip down to visit family. Will be my new pit stop on my way down every time now! So good, so fresh. They were really busy too, so goes to show their popularity. I got the Chicken bacon ranch and a cinnamon crunch bagel. Savory and sweet bagels both hit so good.

The bagels were quite good. Ordered a veggie bagel sandwich on mushroom swiss, and it more than delivered. We took them to go, and they were still fresh and not soggy several hours later. The coffee was also surprisingly good. The only drawback is that service is just okay. Even as the only customers ordering, with three employees, they had a hard time figuring out what we'd ordered to charge us.

I've visited twice and had an okay experience and an extremely poor experience.

The one positive thing about them is that they have a great selection of cream cheese and bagels. Get one to go so that you can toast it at home! Our bagels were warmed rather than toasted, which was disappointing.

I also tried the bubble tea both times (I love bubble tea). The first time I tried the "Coffee" flavor because it seemed like an unusual flavor I had never seen before. It was OK but tasted like chocolate milk. A more accurate, albeit generous, name for the flavor would be "Mocha".

The next time I asked for a Peach bubble tea. They gave me a Peach smoothie so I returned it telling them that I was expecting a bubble tea. They didn't understand, so I described it. They told me I was describing a milk tea and that they gave me a "bubble tea". They didn't offer to refund it or make me a new one, which was sad because I noticed this issue before I even stuck my straw in it. I won't rant about this, but I clearly had a smoothie :P

The Peach smoothie was sickly sweet to the point that I couldn't drink much of it, and the boba was grainy and low quality. It tasted like they dumped a ton of flavoring into the cup and blended it, no tea included. Definitely the worst "bubble tea" I've...

Bagel Tree is a decent place that offers good bagels at a reasonable price. I work nearby, so often times I head over there for a quick bite. The breakfast bagels are really good. Coffee is ok. Not really what they specialize in. What shines here are the bagels, which come in a variety of flavors and toppings. Being a cheese fanatic, their cheddar bagels are dope. Since moving here to Roseburg, my fiancé and I are impressed at the sheer breadth of great food options that are here. This town is really fortunate to have such a thriving food scene. Coming from the coast, there are way less options and you pay a lot more money for some of the same types of thing. For instance, there was only one place where you could get bagels, and it was never ever open. And if you were lucky enough to stop by when it was open, you were in for a less than stellar experience. The bagels were stale and lacked flavor. Every time I go into Bagel Tree, the staff are always friendly and attentive. The place is clean and well kept, and the bagels are fresh. I’m looking forward to exploring more of the local...

I grew up in Roseburg and would frequent the Bagel Tree when I was growing up. I've been going here for 20 years, at least. I always had fond memories of the delightful toasted bagels and the service was great.

This past weekend, I went back to the Bagel Tree for a scrumptious bagel. Disappointment ensued. I asked for a toasted bagel with margarine, as margarine was listed on the menu. I avoid butter as I'm very sensitive to lactose and it'll make me incredibly ill. As the cashier was ringing me up, she said "toasted bagel with butter". I indicated that I specifically ordered margarine as the topping, not butter. Both employees indicated that the menu was old and they don't have margarine....OK... Why wouldn't you tell me that when I initially ordered it? What if I had a severe allergy? Is your company willing to take that risk from a business liability perspective?

All in all, I would not recommend a restaurant that is not upfront with their customers. I will not be back to...
