Frank's Pizza (Roseland) — Restaurant in Roseland

We’ve been coming to Frank’s for a while and this review is LONG LONG overdue. The quality of the food at Frank’s is top notch. They are putting out pizzas that should be touted as some of the finest in the area. Every time I go into the restaurant to pick up it feels like I’m walking into a friends kitchen.

The value of the food is also spectacular. Prices are beyond reasonable for what you get. Serving sizes are phenomenal, and the friendly faces behind the counter are a very welcome touch.

Recently this establishment started cooking Spanish food. This food is amongst some of the most authentic and flavorful food I’ve had. True to the cuisine the flavor profile is SPOT ON!!!!

Update- Since initially writing this review we have been back to Frank's a few times and have been very pleased with the change in the food. It seems that they have rediscovered whatever was missing when I originally wrote the review. I therefore am raising the rating from 4 back to 5 stars. We hope that this recent trend continues .

Original review- Service is super friendly and attentive, both at the counter and from waitstaff, but the food just isn't as good as it used to be. My wife and I have frequently ordered from this restaurant and have had consistently excellent food. Typically get Penne with Vodka Sauce and add grilled Chicken. The sauce is incredibly delicious and they are generous with it so if you have left over it doesn't feel like so many other places where you wind up with plain pasta. Frank's gives you just enough to make sure you have some for every bite which we definitely appreciate. It's a little thing but makes a difference.
