There were a few times the service was good, but doesn’t account for the last few times going here. I won’t be going back to this location. I ordered a White Chocolate mocha on the mobile app, and receiving my order for curbside pick up, I got the white chocolate creme Frappuccino. I went inside and told the barista that my order was wrong, and he told me I had to wait a few minutes to fix it. So wait, My order was wrong from the start..but your making me wait to remake my order? I stood there waiting, and order after order from other customers were being made. After waiting patiently for a good amount of minutes , the barista finally asks someone to remake my drink. No he didn’t care to bring it to anyone’s attention that my order has to be redone, and took his sweet time to bring it up to any of the baristas. He kept fulfilling other orders and I stood there patiently waiting thinking he would remake my order. It took a good block of time until he finally asked someone to remake my order! My order was redone, and they did the same mistake! The person made my order again as a creme white chocolate mocha! I argued with her and told her that I ordered a White Chocolate Mocha…I been ordering this drink for years now. She told me the one I ordered was the one without the coffee and the creme one is the right one to order that has coffee in it! The opposite information as White Chooclate Mocha Frappuccino has coffee in it, and creme does not. I should know this, I order it quite often but apparently she knew what she was talking about. Such horrible service! We tried to give this one more shot over the weekend. My bf and I did curbside, they gave us the wrong side straws and one of us went in to get the right straw size. No one aknowledged him and he just waited there. It was quite busy so that could of been why..but the staff there just sucks! The original person who gave order was not helping out the line inside for a little bit as she was too busy socializing with her friends at a table. Read moreI am extremely disappointed with my morning coffee experience from this particular Starbucks. I've been a Starbucks patron for about 8-9 years now and I've never had this issue with any other store. First of all, I'm allergic to specific dairy products and the woman who made my latte just went HAM on the whipped cream, even though it was an order that specifically said "almond milk" on the printed mobile order label. The week before, they allowed another customer to steal my mobile ordered food items that, again, were clearly labeled with my name. They have forgotten to include food items in my to go bag. I just cannot catch a break with this particular store and I'm quite frankly pissed off. I don't know whether this is a competency issue, training issue or a literacy issue with your employees, but either way its an issue that needs to be fixed. Thanks for ruining my morning, every morning Starbucks Roseland. The only reason that I'm giving your store 2 stars instead of 1, is because the very few times you've gotten my order right it has...
Read moreI don’t like to complain but at this time I feel I have too these time, I got my holiday cup as a gift and wasn’t told that I have to go inside for the offers, I had my baby sick in the car and I need a wake up coffee after a long night so I went thru the drive thru, instead of going to my local Starbucks to avoid going inside in this cold and wind getting the baby even worst. So I asked if I can speak to the manager if there is anything they can do for me since I was already in the drive thru and even she said NO smh her rude instead of offering me something I know there’s always ways I have been a manager before but it’s okay, I ended up paying for regular price...
