I ordered on the app yesterday at 734pm because it was one of very few open. I got there at 740pm. Clearly they had been closed for some time. I was charged the $12.56. Today I went in to find out how to get the money back. I was told "go to the app and figure out how to get it back. There is nothing we can do. ". I asked for manager, not there. I asked for number which I've called and texted several times. No response. I know it's only $12 but if they close and leave on the app they are open , imagine how many people order and lose money. They are getting the money but claiming they can't refund it. Ridiculous. I'm contacting corporate offices Monday. This is terrible customer service. Seems...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt seems that they ignore on-the-go food orders until you physically arrive and give them your name. This has happened 3 times now. 10-15 minutes after placing the order on the app, I arrive to find that only my drink is ready. I ask about the food order on the same receipt and they check the receipt like they had no idea and start to make it then.
The point of ordering in advance is so I'm not waiting on line with a dozen other people for my sandwich to be made. Please read the order before you move onto the next one! Will need to find another Dunkin on the way to my job. It's a shame because they're right...

I repeated it twice so she would understand, and my receipt said exactly what I said to her after I went home, of course.
