Malekü Coffee — Restaurant in Rosemount

Hola amigos! Glad to see Rosemount now has a choice for coffee besides the big-box chain places. The cafe is very nice with a variety of seating, and an adorable barista play set to keep the little ones entertained. The drip coffee has a great aroma and nice darkish undertones to the taste. Exactly what I would expect from a Central America roast.

One word of caution are your paper cups. They are a bit flimsy with very hot beverages, like an Americano. When I reached for mine out of the cup holder in the car, the cup flexed inwards and the lid flipped off with coffee spilling in my lap.

I absolutely love this place and everything they embody!! My family knows the owner as being the best cook at Las Tortillas, right next door, and now he has this beautiful coffee shop!
