I am SHOCK!!! Did an online order and when I came to pick up my food, I saw that they have my whole credit card and exp. date printed on my receipt which was staple on the bag!!!! I reported my card stolen because of this. Please be careful!!!! Fuji you are inviolation of FACTA. Currently placed a claim against your store with my receipt as evidence.

In response to the business. I was in your store last week. I placed and paid for my order online through your website and picked up my food in store. I let a female worker know that I came for a pick up and was directed to a table displayed next to the register. Stapled to my bag was my receipt along with another attached receipt that showed my name, full credit card number and the expiration date. I am horrified that you would have some much of my information posted out in public. I have never seen a business give out that much information. It is a privacy invasion and identity security leak. Why do you even print and attach my credit card information? I am very concern for those who are unaware. And to think that if all those information was printed, are you doing your part in securely disposing of those sensitive information. I had to call my bank and cancel my card. My bag was placed on a table for the whole word to see. I am so glad that I noticed the receipts and did not toss it in the garage whole. Wow! We were blown away. Tonight we knew we wanted sushi and typically go to a sit down place in Apple Valley. Instead, we decided to try Fuji after years of hearing it was good but typically reserving sushi nights for dine in experiences. This was phenomenal - we ordered the following and absolutely loved each one. Fuji roll: 5/5 amazing - the crab salad on top of the roll and fresh warm tempura shrimp inside - this was our favorite Sakura roll: 5/5 so many great flavors and the mango is really an amazing addition Super Rainbow roll: 4/5 quite fantastic but definitely flavors that aren’t new to us Amazing Tuna roll: 5/5 our second favorite - the sliced peppered tuna on top was wonderful

Fuji Sushi in Rosemount, Minnesota, is an absolute gem! My recent visit left me thoroughly impressed. We ordered the Dynamite Roll, Out of Control Roll, and Gyoza, and every bite was phenomenal.

The Dynamite Roll was an explosion of flavors—perfectly spicy and incredibly fresh. The Out of Control Roll was a delightful combination of textures and tastes, showcasing the chef’s creativity and skill. The Gyoza were cooked to perfection, with a crispy exterior and a savory filling that made for a perfect starter.
