Blazin Cajun HTX — Restaurant in Rosenberg

I took my fiance and her mom to this spot to try a new place out as we usually do. The overall experience was not great. For a restaurant that is only open. Few hours a day, the food should be hot and consistent every time, no matter if it's at opening time or 30mins before closing. I ordered the Wings and fries and it came out just barely hot, but warm enough to pick up as if it was sitting for a few minutes to cool off, why not serv it hit and fresh? My fiance ordered the shrimp foil pack and it was cold to the touch. That kind of dish should be served hot and steaming. That was completely unacceptable. My fiance's mom ordered shrimp and fish and ask for the fish to be extra crispy, but they burned the shrimp beyond being edible. It was so tough, it could break a tooth. I would never go back to this place and would never recommend it to anyone and I love to tell people about new places I have tried to bring business to them....

Ordered online and ran into a hiccup with delivery driver. The door dash driver picked up my food and never delivered it. Not Blazin's fault. They called me and addressed the problem after I reached out. They made right on the order and went out of their way to make sure we got our order and they even gave us a an extra order of crawfish. I told him he didn't need to but he was happy to do so.

I ordered 2 bags of shrimp 🦐 with crab 🦀 and potatoes with corn. Both were Soo flavorful. Not to spicy but had very bold flavor made to your liking.

I had been craving a Shrimp Foil Pack and looking to find it somewhere close to the Rosenberg area. Yesterday I found this place online. I went there today, my craving was definitely satisfied. "Blazin" is definitely Amazing !!!! The food was DELICIOUS with great portion and flavor. I was only able to eat 1/4 of my meal, saving the rest to enjoy later ( I usually don't eat the same thing twice in one day ) and to also share with my adult Son. I have already sent pics of my meal and recommendations to about 6 people who stated they will also like to try it. Mind you, this is the only time I have ever left a review...it was just THAT GOOD!
