The worst McDonald's I ever came. Very rude customer service, unprofessional staff, missing items in my orders and I have to highlight this review is written after multiple times with the same issues. This last time they had the lobby area was closed as the past Sundays that I came so I was forced to order thru the window. With a lot of cars in front of me almost hitting the 90 road so I kept my patience even when it took me for ever to reach the speaker and place my order than I order 2 big breakfast, 2 small coffees, 5 hash browns, and 3 sauces biscuits. When I came to take my order I notice there was a big breakfast missing so I asked the lady for my second big breakfast and she told me that was not charges in my receipt so I told here to charge it and give me the breakfast but she told me I can't do that here since this is the second windows you have to go to the line again and order the missing breakfast I tried to explain her that was not my mistake and she screamed to me I don't care you have to make a line again. Just to leave this clear you McDonald's lost a loyal customer and good luck with the customers you will lose in the future because for sure if you keep this customer service you will leave alone. Where are my fries? The girl says no fries listed. So, I pay and get my fries. I'm just getting to my house and realize I don't have the root beer. I call the manager. Of course, I complain to him. It wasn't a biggie about the fries since I was still there. He asked me what kind of soda. Large Root Beer no ice. He said ok. I asked could someone bring it out. I didn't want to be in a big line again, had to be in line. I told him I'd send my granddaughter in. He gives her a soda with ice. Call him to complain. He's loud that my granddaughter didn't tell him no ice but I told him no ice. So he goes on and on that it's not his fault. I tell him they messed up twice. He was rude and talking loudly to me. They didnt want to bring it out.
When they did, they gave me an empty cup for me to get up and get my own drink.
They force you to use the app or machine and when you use as for table service, they don’t want to bring it out to you.
Kinda defeats the purpose of ordering like that. Imagine placing a curb side order, putting in the slot parking number but then have you walk in to pick kit up. Doesn’t make sense.
This is also their large fries.
I complained to the employee and he said the Manager Alberto has stated not to fill up the fries. I requested a large fry and was denied.
I paid for a large fry and this is what I got.

I asked for a printed receipt so I can do a survey and they gave me one with no surveys code to input.
As I was getting up to get my drink, I did see a manager at a register and in passing showed her the photo and told her it was wrong what they are doing.
