Papa Mex — Restaurant in Rosenberg

Last Saturday morning, I waited in line for more than 5 minutes with not even 1 greet and plenty of workers walking back and forth not acknowledging their customers. While I’m waiting, a gentleman cut me in line and the owner proceeded to service him knowing I had been waiting. After waiting a few more minutes, the other owner with the gray hair and mustache comes and takes my order. I proceeded to tell him that I was cut in line and he was agitated that I mentioned it. He then goes to the back where he didn’t think I could hear him and tells the other owner who serviced the gentleman that skipped me, that I had mentioned what happened. The owner who took my order proceeded to say, “Well, she ordered right?” And shrugged his shoulders. No respect for my time or money! Then on top of that, my order was wrong! I threw the order away when I got home. Papa Mex doesn’t EVER have to worry about me spending my hard earned money with their establishment. I don’t know if I was treated this way because I’m a female and non Hispanic, but the treatment was inexcusable! They need to learn how to treat...

Well I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but this is the THIRD time that they have messed up my order. Today I ordered chorizo, egg,bean and cheese burritos for breakfast and I received just a bean burrito instead, I don’t even know how this makes sense. Why would anyone order just a bean burrito for breakfast? I paid a lot of money, everything else was correct but they always seem to get the burritos wrong. I highly suggest double checking orders once they are sent and before they are sent out to customers because this is ridiculous. I won’t be spending anymore money here, I advice others who still choose tthis restaurant double check your order before you leave because the staff...

The old men are really rude all the time. They treat and talk to you like your bothering them. The fajitas tacos are a joke majority of the time you can count on one hand how many strips of meat are in the taco. If i could give a half star i would its like they are cutting corners to make money because the salsa is watery the tortillas trash and cheaply made. Ive had many more horrible experiences here but after today ive had it. I work hard for money and to spend it at a place that treat their customers like poo. Then to top it off they are arrogant and oblivious to the fact their food and service is below standards. Ugh i wish chef ramsay was still doing...
