Great place, usually, but had a horrible experience today. Purchased a vape pen and left. Once I opened it, IN THE PARKING LOT, I realized that it was defective. There was juice leaking out, so much that it was even causing the pen to adhere to the container. I took it back inside, expecting a simple return. I simply mentioned my concern, and was instead nastily greeted by the preoccupied (taking a personal call) employee. After refusing to exchange the pen, she began to tell me that the pen just needed to be wiped down WITH A PAPER TOWEL, and then proceeded to do so. At this point, I became slightly irritated and asked for a refund because all she had to do was give me a replacement. Why try to wipe off WASTED product and push me out the door instead of just giving me what I paid for? She fought the refund and called someone else. I bought edibles with D8. They didn't have anything in them. They were just the cheap gummies from the grocery store. I'm highly sensitive to D8. 10mg will get me very relaxed. I ate half of them because I felt nothing. I did feel nothing that was supposedly 500+ grams. It was the half red and half yellow gummies. Don't buy those gummies sad to say. I also found the same type gummies at the grocery store. $25 gone. 😭
