Even through I placed a order through Doordash, I would expect the food to be prepared the same as if I was a sitting customer. I ordered the Classic Cheesesteak with Cheese whiz, from the pictures on Doordash and from Google I was expecting a meaty sandwich but instead I got what looked like bread with a light steak topping. The roll was not sliced all the way through like it should be, the amount of meat would be only enough to make one full half of the roll. The cheese whiz was barely noticeable, not sure if they ran out while making my sandwich but they should know better than to serve that to a customer, they didn't even cut it in half. Over all what I ended up getting was a classic cheesesteak flavored sourdough bread with steak sprinkles. I truly feel that had I been at the restaurant this would have been prepared better which speaks poorly of this...

My daughter and I were craving cheesesteaks and stumbled upon this little spot on Google that we thought was worth a try. To our surprise, the cheesesteaks completely blew us away—some of the freshest and most delicious cheesesteaks and fries we’ve ever had. The customer service was something else, truly a heartfelt experience. This is a genuine mom-and-pop place where the owners were incredibly accommodating and kind. It’s rare these days to receive service with such a genuine smile and warmth. We loved it so much that we went back a few weeks later with my wife, who was equally impressed. We’re already looking forward to coming back and trying every single item on the menu because everything looks absolutely amazing. The Cheesesteak Grille is hidden in a mini strip mall off Sierra College Blvd. If you blink you might miss it. There is an impressive variety of cheesesteak sandwiches and side dishes to choose from. It's a mom and pop team, that take and make your order. The traditional cheesesteak sandwich arrived hot and steaming. It was a healthier, bland version of a cheesesteak sandwich without the grease. Something was missing in the taste. It could have been the huge pile of lettuce that didn't give the sandwich the authentic taste.
