Ahh. HomeGoods. The affordable, brick and mortar version of Restoration Hardware, Pottery Barn, Joss and Main, et all. The chain owned by TJX from MA. TJX also owns a number of stores under the Home Style brand. The eclectic stock mix varies by location and really, it's a store you have to visit to find out if they have X in stock. Read moreIf I could I'd put ZERO for the customer service of this store. My wife has gotten a terrible experience there. There was situation when she and another customer wanted to buy the same stuff. Even though my wife was there first and there were two items which should be divide for each of them, the manager Cindy made a decision to do a favor to another customer and let her buy these two items by leaving my wife with nothing. There wasn't first time when stuff in that store treat people with an accent differently. Do you think that is fair, do you think people who live in US for many years, work, raise children, and pay taxes here, should feel themselves like people of second sort?!! In my opinion it is not right and that manager should be fired because she can not do her job according to their store policy. Please write a review if you had a similar experience...
