This location consistently screws up orders, and then the employees treat you as if it were your fault for their screw ups. Today was the last straw. Do not use the app, and do not order online from this location. It seems that orders turn into a foreign language using these platforms, and the staff then must interpret what your order is. This morning, we ordered three breakfast burritos with some add-ins and a request for no tomatoes on the one that came with tomatoes (two did not have them as standard). Get home to find that one of the burritos that never had tomatoes to begin with had tomatoes. The one requested to have no tomatoes had tomatoes despite the wrapper stating no tomatoes. Two had requests to add nacho cheese, which they did not have but instead had shredded cheese added. The tortillas were burnt and black. We take the order back (so, have to drive back to the store because their phone does not work or they had it turned off as the call wouldn’t go through) only to end up having new burritos made that were not the original ones ordered (despite the staff member pulling up the order to re-make the order). Tortillas were still burnt and gross, but we gave up. Ended up tossing them. No offer for a refund, no apologies, and no food. Don’t bother with this place. I seriously think they do this on purpose, as it seems any time we have ordered on the app or online, the order is never correct. I worked at a Taco Bell for 3 years and know it isn’t hard to get orders correct, so long as you actually...
Read moreThis is my neighborhood Taco Bell. But, today, the drive-thru service was exceedingly slow. Each car in front of me (3 cars) took excessively long to get their order and move on. It took 19 minutes to get to the window! When I inquired as to the specifics of the repeated delays, the attendant apologized and shared that they were short-staffed (nothing to do with the power outages in the area). When pressed, he revealed that only 2 people (incl. him) know how to prepare the food. I only ordered the easy 3-layer nachos and a freeze. It took 2 more minutes to get the food... and THEN an additional 2 minutes to have that attendant (who was busy taking several other orders) to serve the freeze. He was apologetic. But, this does not negate that this has occurred 3 out of the last 6 times that I have visited. I will be sure to avoid the drive thru if I ever see ANY kind of back up at all. In an affluent neighborhood, I am surprised that this is not better handled.
Later, I found that the beans on the nachos were exceedingly dry. Not fun. I will opt for Carl’s Jr. (next door) in a...
