Taco Bell — Restaurant in Roseville

Poor customer service. Unprofessional Manager. I have a family of 6 and usually do drive thru once a week at over $40 a visit. Never again. Several times we have gotten home to find an item missing and I just let it go. Tonight I drove back up there to retrieve the missing item. I received no apology whatsoever and I actually heard the staff discussing that they remember making them! Were they accusing me of lying?!?! Do they actually think I would drive back up there to con them out of $1 worth of cheesy potatoes!?!?! When I asked for a 2nd order for my trouble they actually said no, I would have to pay for them!!! And this was coming directly from the manager! I would suggest that the corporate office school this young manager , she needs the “Give ‘em the Pickle" lesson. When something happens with a customer and you’re not sure what to do? “Give ‘em the Pickle!” Do what it takes to make...

The lobby hours (dine in) at most Taco Bell locations are still open around 9-9:30pm. The hour info on Google maps shows they close at midnight. Also, this is my first time to this location, and it's a Friday night just after 9pm.

I always use the app to order ahead, then get there and go inside to use the restrooms to wash my hands before picking up my food.

To have a Taco Bell that closes their lobby doors at 8pm in an area that's fairly populated, and on a Friday night no less... is discouraging, misleading, and disappointing.

I had to go through the drive thru where there's a line of cars of course given the time and day. Waiting a good while behind multiple vehicles just to grab my food and be on my way.

I'm definitely not coming back and getting my Taco Bell from...

First, let me say that my order was perfect, and the food was really good. The problem was with the service. The guy at the drive-through did not say anything. He didn't say hello or thank you. It felt like we were bothering him. We were the only customers there, so it wasn't busy. The worst part was that we had a large order, and instead of splitting the order to hand it through the window, he piled it really high and handed it all through the window and walked away. My husband had to try to hold all of it while he turned it sideways to get it through our car window. Just bad...
