Two of us shared: 8 fried potstickers, a combo pho, and a pork Bahn mi sandwich. Everything was VERY good. We also ordered 2 Saigon beers and the bill came to about $60. The baguette for the Bahn Mi was perfection and it was stuffed with meat. Plum sauce and sirracha was available on the table to add at your whim. The pho came with the meat already in the broth and you added the Thai basil and bean sprouts yourself. I prefer to add everything myself for the full custom experience but no biggie. The jalapeños were not especially spicy, which I liked but at this point you never know if you're going to get a mellow jalapeño with all the great flavor or one that will light you up! San Jose California is known to have one of the best Vietnamese food in the world. I can say if this store open in the Bay area, it'll be very popular.

The pho soup is very good. Not too sweet, you can taste it doesn't have a lot of msg. The flavor of the soup is also very good.

They also gave authentic Chinese style chili sauce.

I ordered pork combo vermicelli. The prawns and the pork was grilled flavorfully. You can taste the grill flavor. Impressive!! I had many of these but don't taste the grill/charcoal flavor. And the portion is very generous.

Vietnamese ice coffee - it's not the authentic one I tasted before. These taste almost like a mocha. Not my favorite.

Bought take out lots of pho option but I usually get spring rolls and a vermicelli bowl with egg rolls and bbq pork but they only had three options and we got the steak and that was very flavorful and they didn’t skimp on the meat. From out of town and was craving spring g rolls not sure if I loved it becuase I have a standard roll back home. Lettuce was crispy and fresh but might be a little too much and too much vermicelli noodles to meat ratio I prefer more of a shredded lettuce and smaller rolls to be able to cut through without the roll dismantling.Sauce was ok I’ve had better peanut sauce. Got the pot stickers and the best here plus their dipping sauce for pot sticker is flavorful and not too bland like others....
