Habit Burger & Grill — Restaurant in Roseville

I hate to write a bad review but I really hope people read this first before trusting this location. I use to only trust this place as a “fast food option”. sadly can’t anymore. My son and I had to wait at the register for about 5 minutes until the older gentleman with a different color shirt I’m guessing the manager informed us that they have a kiosk but since he was already talking to us he mite as well take our order. He got upset when I asked for no tomatoes but was thrilled that my son wanted an easy plain burger 😂. Hey you have to find humor in bad situations and I was really trying to. After 40 minutes of waiting and watching a homeless man eat the chili peppers and jalapeños and putting half eaten food/stems back into the condiment bar. I asked for a refund and a very rude lady informed me my food was coming I told her I don’t want them to feel rushed and I’ll take a refund but again said sir why it’s done already so I waited another ten minutes for my food. When she gives me my food I can feel the lack of compassion so I just asked for the ranch that I paid for and she started inspecting my receipt to make sure I paid for them, so I informed her about maybe paying attention to the homeless man contaminating the condiment bar rite in her face but she was to busy getting orders out for “inpatient” customers she replied. I will never return to this location. The manager has seemed drunk the last 3 times I have been in here and have heard customers complaining about his creepy comments to women and children and can not support this place any longer. I really wanted to say something to him but did not want to cause a big scene. Then I get home and my burger is not what i wanted so I picked things off that I did not like. But then of course it gets worse it’s raw. Big surprise. What a nightmare. $31 dollars later. Save money and time you are better off going to McDonalds if you are in a pinch. This place need a big RESET! The only positive I will say is my guy in the back that normally cooks big guy with tatts knows how to run that grill and should train the manager how...

If I could give this review ZERO stars I would!!! Do Not Eat here!! My husband and I ordered food in store at the Roseville location off pleasant Grove. We ordered a double BBQ bacon char burger with fries and a Santa Barbara Char burger, no cheese, with an onion ring. When we got home and got ready to eat my husband opened up his BBQ char to find HUMAN hair stuck in his cheese.. So we immediately call the phone number to what we thought was the store to get in contact with someone about this. From 9:21 pm- 9:24 Sarah from the "call center" and some other lady who "refused to give us her name" from 9:24 - 9:37 said two things to us none of which could resolve this issue or at least make sure my husband got to eat what he bought and paid for .. one of their "options was to contact the store .. well excuse me for thinking that the phone number that is registered to google for that specific location doesn't actually make it the store.. sara claimed to have reached out to the location herself and they wouldn't answer .. so naturally we inquired about the store phone number to handle our dispute ourselves directly.. she refused and She also denied our request to have her put us through to the store through her. By the time they were done being unhelpful they had suggested we got into the store with less than five minutes before they close which was physically impossible to get there in time... Not only was Sara and the unnamed lady one of the worst " customer service" reps they was careless and clueless to how disgusting and disturbing finding HUMAN hair is in your food really is.. their last "option" was to fill out a form online about our order and someone would "eventually" be in touch with us. This has been one of the worst experiences we have ever had at this location and we go here often!! It's really sad when you just want what you ordered and paid for and what you got was a HEALTH CODE violation at the very least.. I lovze this place the food is grate I really like the shakes there and I really enjoy working there the people a grate to b around we have fun but get the job done and that's making r food the best but taking care time to do so really glad I asked my son to get me a job there and the bonus is with it all too. This was a really grate place in tell my shift leader for the night asked me if I wanted the left over Fry's from the night and I didn't get my break that night and with one of are breaks we get a meal with one break of the day so since I didn't get a break that night at the end of my shift that night I got what I got every day on my break the only thing I did that I should not of did was get a extra shake for my nephew's for his birthday. Well the main GM for a store was watching the camera there that night and if he seen me get my shake and nuggets for my break meal and the Fry's that the shift leader that night gave me , he see my shift leader that night look inside my bag and what I had in it and hand me my bag so I could go home that night. Well my GM wouldn't even hear me out or nothing he didn't even really tell me I was being let go all he said was have a good life and my shift leader that night had nothing happen to him because my GM and him where friends. I never had a write up or anything I was late a lot but if that's what u were letting me go for he should of said that. I don't think it's fair I lost my job bcuz I took something I was told I could very unfair and I really lovzed my job I work there a year in a half. So if u r thinking bout getting a job there I would think twice bout it and the shift leader at night is also very rude the cashier don't even really like him . But my son still works there and I wish him a the luck with that just be careful bcuz I believe the GM well let him go to over nothing done...
