Starbucks — Restaurant in Roseville

Absolute terrible staff, the lady at the drive-thru decided to have an argument with me over my drink order. I asked for a secret menu item called a undertow which is a very basic drink with simply two shots of espresso two pumps of vanilla and some cream. She then went on a tangent about how it's a custom made of drink and that no nobody knows how to make it. They then decided to be cold at the window, not speaking at all ignoring my presence for about 5 minutes until my drink was already cold when I received it. When I then ask for napkins for the clearly spilled and dirty cup they had handed me she handed me a small napkin and didn't say a word as I finished paying. The staff was very impersonal and she didn't even say have a nice day or goodbye I had to initiate. I would not recommend this Starbucks as it clearly lacks leadership...

I order through mobile order the same drink every day and I go through different Starbucks depending on my route. I got it it didnt look right. I get a Iced coconut milk mocha macchiato. But I thought maybe the coffee mixed. IDK. But when I got to the car and tested it I knew it was wrong. So I went back in and told the guy it didnt taste right. He goes well what does it taste like cuz I follow you specifications right. I told him it taste like chocolate milk. It doesn't taste like my drink maybe it just need less chocolate syrup topping. He goes okay dumps it out and while he was making it I notice he wasnt putting the white Mocha pumps in it so I told him how it was made so he dumps it out puts no chocolate syrup topping makes it wrong agian then stirs the drink. So I just took my expensive wrong...

So incredibly rude. Ordered a drink and it was clearly not made right. I went to the window to politely ask if I could just get some of the syrup that I could tell was missing. If I pay for something and don’t enjoy it, that’s not okay. They ignored me at the window. They still had a few minutes before closing. They saw me and made eye contact and didn’t say anything. If you’re about to close then great , say that. You don’t just ignore someone. And when I went inside, they gave me so much attitude. I remained polite despite how badly I wanted to go off purely based on how RUDE they were. The girl still gave me attitude. After I got the syrup I requested, it tasted how...
