Terrible experience there with their staff. Today. I came and gave them my phone number to return something and they neglected to sign out before they process another person's order. When I went up to the front desk to ask Sierra SL what was going on, she was extremely rude and refused to help me even though it was her error. Mistakes happen all the time, it's how you handle them that counts.
I tried to call GameStop corporate and you can't even get through on the phone to them. I feel like my personal information was compromised and neither the GameStop staff at the store or corporate is willing to do anything or help.
My suggestion to anyone that's considering going to this GameStop, just walk next door to Target. They have better prices and far better customer service.
Very disappointed with GameStop. I contacted them to try and give them an opportunity to rectify the situation. They have no interest in doing anything. If I could have given them zero Stars they would have gotten zero. Avoid...

Came in to see if there were any pokemon cards for my twins boys and i asked what the limit was and the obnoxious rude employee responded “2”. I didn’t mind that but I asked how come other gamestop’s are different & both employees responded that they wanna give kids a chance to buy.

as i grabbed my 2 packs i went up to the guy who kept responding to my question to only say in a rude tone “im on lunch”.. made me feel very uncomfortable and just weird. I don’t understand anyone who’s on lunch to take there lunch at the register and act like they are working. Idk but i left my packs there and just dipped.
Very rude employees who just make you feel uncomfortable. I don’t feel comfortable or safe to bring my kids into this kind of environment at all. This gamestop doesn’t feel very welcoming at all.. please save yourself the time/drive.

Completely incompetent staff. They don't care to be there, as previous reviews said. I also met the employee who stated he hated this job, it was too much to ask of him to stock shelves etc.
I think he was the one who handed over my graded PSA cards to someone who was not me.
My cards were lost in November. They are worth good money. Not only have I not been reimbursed for my grading fees. I have yet to be reimbursed for the value of my cards. Let alone my time after making 5 trips, 6 calls, an email chain to their online customer service center. Still nothing. It's been a week since I called saying I need a refund NOW for at least the 5th time since January.
