I have been frequenting this establishment regularly for several months. Each time I have placed the exact same order in the exact same way. The issues are this 1) It comes out to be a different price each time, ranging from $19 to $22. 2) Each time we have not been provided with enough tortillas in order to complete the meal, and have asked for/been provided a few extra without any hesitation, as most Mexican restaurants do. During out last visit, when we asked for a few extra tortillas, the "Manager" Luis, became livid with me and began to yell that "This will cost you extra!". Shocked I responded by saying that we had never been charged before to which he replied "I hear you do this all the time!!" He continues to berate me, telling me that if I wanted extra tortillas, I should know and order them ahead of time so that he would know to charge me. I walked away from this conversation shocked and went and relayed the conversation to my husband who had been watching from our table. We both agreed that there may have been some misunderstanding on our part due to never having witnessed someone treat a customer in this manner, especially a "manager". I decided that I would re-approach Luis to try and find a resolution. I told him that there was clearly something wrong, and that I was offended by his treatment of me. At this point, it became clear that his initial treatment of me was not a misunderstanding because he once again began belittling me and telling me that I was just trying to rip off the store. I asked him for the owners name and number and he told me that there was no owner. I asked him if he was the owner and he stated that he was not. He then stated that his brother was the owner and would have his back on anything he did to me. I asked him again to write down the owner’s information. He finally wrote something on a food ticket and handed it to me. I let him know that I would not be coming back, and that his behavior over a few cents (that I would have happily paid had I even known that I was supposed to) was ridiculous to lose a customer who was regularly ordering the most expensive item off their menu. He snapped back that I was the one that was stupid for not coming to a restaurant anymore over them trying to charge me more, clearly missing the point that my issue was being disrespected and not the money (If it had been an issue with money, I would have mentioned it when they changed the price every time we went). At this point, he became so verbally aggressive and abusive, my husband got up from the table to come protect me. When my husband told him that he was not to be talking to me the way he was, Luis yelled "Keep it down, I don't want you disturbing my other customers". Realizing that Luis was just going to continue to escalate things, we turned and walked away. I went back to my table and attempted to call the owner on the number Luis had given me. It was clearly the wrong number. I went and told him that he had given me the wrong number, and that I wanted the real number. He grabbed the number out of my hand, changed the last digit by one number, and shoved it back at me. I tried calling the new number, and again it appeared that it was the wrong number. At this point it was clear that there was nothing else that could be done. We ate our...
Read moreSo, it might seem im quite generous when it comes to giving a review ,but let me tell ya this would probably be my 2nd best Mexican spot , if not the first if it wasn't so an hour away from me!. The service was so quick by the time we were done getting tortilla chips ( which was by the way enclosed and warmed up in a fancy warming container majoggy). Our good was ready b4 we could even seat down!. And ketchup and hot sauce was brought to our table b4 we could even ask for it!... but that's not all!!!. The omfg!!! The steak the steak is would imagine what you would get if you went to an authentic street food vendor. It has a very distinctive unforgettable aroma that would leave you wanting for more ( we got the steak fries) fire! The establishment was neat organize ,and very tidy. The floor wasn't greasy and slippery like some restaurants. I definitely will come back again. Kudos jalisco fairway! Thank you for being one of a kind Mexican...
Read moreOrdered a burrito with no beans. Said it loud and clear, twice. No big deal, accidents happen. I called as I am a restaurant manager myself and would want to know if we messed up 13$ worth of food someone was now not going to eat. I was very polite only intending to be constructive. I said, "I dont have time to come back now, so it's no big deal, but I was just there and ordered a burrito with no beans and there were beans on it. I just wanted to let you know so you could let your staff know my order was wrong." "Ok." Is all he said. I kind of let it hang in the air thinking the "Sorry to waste your money and time." was coming but it never did... I said "I just wanted to let you guys know so you could improve your service." "Ok." The food itself was not good, fatty steak and sauce tasted canned. For the wet burrito alone(no drinks or sides) it cost me 13$. I...
