I placed an online order at my local Round table. I have been there before and normally call in. When I tried to call in this time I ended up talking to someone who was obviously not at the store. I ordered my pizza at 3:21 pm for a 5 pm delivery. Paid the delivery charge and gave a $10 tip. My total was $80.60 for a large Gourmet veggie, medium pepperoni and mozzarella sticks. 5pm came and went. I called the store and asked about my order. The people were nice but stated that “we are slammed” and that my pizza was still in the oven. I asked them if it was truly in the oven or if they had forgotten about it. They assured me it was in the oven and would be ready 15-20 minutes. I asked them if it would be immediately delivered or if I would have to wait.i literally live two blocks away and only order delivery out of convenience. I told them I would be right there. I left my house at 5:22. I arrived at the store in less than 5 minutes. I walked in the door expecting to see it packed. Nope. It was dark and empty. It looked like they were closed. There was a Uber eats driver waiting for a pickup at the counter and two other customers waiting for their pick up. There was not a single dinner in store. I looked behind the counter to see a frazzled manager and a cashier. Behind them were two guys at the window and three people at the prep station. 7 employees…4 customers….it was 3-5 minutes before I was even acknowledged. When it was my turn I told the cashier my order number and she immediately grabbed it out from under the counter. I thought that was odd since they said my food wasn’t ready and in the oven. I grabbed my food and started walking out when the manager said wait and was trying to refund me for the delivery. I told her it was fine and just to keep it as additional tip. I drove home two blocks eager to eat my favorite pizza. My family and I were in a rush because we had to go somewhere. I placed the pizza on the counter opened them up and they were cold. Cold mozzarella sticks, cold pizza. I was a huge fan of round table and really didn’t mind the extreme high price because the pizza was so good. You will never get another dime from me or my family. Higher price comes with high expectations. I not only had to pick up my food that was to be delivered but your employees lied to me. The “ last honest pizza” isn’t so honest anymore. Good riddance…You will not be open much longer with this...

If I could choose 0 stars I would.
I ordered 3 twist and personal combo.
I received the combo personal. When the employee brought the pizza - I asked her why a personal pizza would come to the table before twists. She stated that the personal cooks faster than a twist because of double doughs.
I ate my pizza and was waiting for my twists. I asked the employee how long does it take to make the twists.
She tells me that I never ordered them. The guy never rung them up. I am sitting there for no reason. If I asked the employee about twists. I would think she should look and see and ask questions to the customer did you order any because there are not on the ticket. See if they should be made or not.
I wasted 10 mins could have been late to pick up my child from school because they didnt even take the order correctly. If I didnt ask the question.
This is the second time the guy has done work incorrectly.
First time it was in the evening 5 months back. I ordered a buffet. I come to know that the employees dont need to let the customer ordering that it ends at 8 PM. Anything you need has to be made before 8 PM. So if you order a buffet and its 7 PM and still eating after 8 PM with your family you have to order a new pizza because the buffet is no longer available. I told them I wanted cinnamon twists for my kids. They told me sorry we cant make the cut off time is over. You will have pay for them. I asked where does it state that it is over at 8pm. They couldnt show me.
I call the management and never got a call back. So now I am writing this to let everyone know Joe bad this location is and how they dont even care for...
Read moreIf I could leave 0 stars, I would. This is the third time I've ordered from them and still have had a terrible experience. This last time is the absolute last time I ever try them. I called in a delivery order, around 7 on a Saturday. I expected it to be busy and have a longer delivery time than had I just gone to pick it up, but when you have a house full of rowdy kids, delivery is easier. They told me 45 mins to an hour for a pizza and twists. No problem. 1 hour and 15 minutes later, I called to ask where my delivery was, thinking that the delivery was on its way, but I was wanting to confirm. NOPE. According to the person on the phone, it was sitting there waiting for a delivery driver to come pick it up. This is the THIRD TIME this exact same thing has happened. The other two times I actually waited a full hour and a half before calling - still the same thing - and both of those times I had an extremely rude woman on the phone who refused to refund the order since "it was already made" and waiting for the driver. I had to have a manager do the refund for me. So, you can imagine that with a kids sleep over party and no pizza yet, things are getting hairy....THANKFULLY, I was able to get my refund and get my husband to pick up pizzas from the Pleasant Grove location - which only took 20 mins for 3 pizzas and sticks, exactly as they promised. Which, for some reason, is the only reliable Round Table in our area, but doesn't deliver into Fiddyment Farm. They should. This Woodcreek location is...
