Panda Express — Restaurant in Roseville

Placed order at 6:25pm with projected pick up time at 6:35pm. I ended arriving at the restaurant 1 minute early and no food was ready so I pulled up a chair to wait. At 6:50pm I began to wonder if they had even received the order, so I went up to the cashier to ask. I asked if she could confirm if my order was being worked on, to which she rudely dismissed me as “we are working on it”. The impressive part is how she was able to confirm my order without even asking for my name. 5 minutes later I was able to talk to a different employee who did actually care enough to ask for a name and pointed to someone working on it now (20 minutes late). Did not receive food until almost 7pm. The most frustrating part of this experience is I watched what must’ve been 50 people walk in, place an order, pay and leave while I was sitting there. They did not appear to run out of any dishes and they were diligently fulfilling the walk in orders. Apparently they just refused to take the 2 minutes to complete my online order. Also, had to go back to the restaurant as they forgot to include 10 spring rolls - but they did give me 2 extra as compensation for 30 minutes of my life I can’t get back.

Summary: Online order here was a complete waste - will not be doing it again. Other reviews confirm that this location consistently does not fulfill them or care about promised pickup times. They appear to treat walk-ins with priority, so I’d recommend doing...

Santino was our drive thru "Server". Told us to pull around to the front to wait for our food. We waited 20 mins, not exaggerated because I looked at the time stamp on the receipt. As I watched plenty of people come and go. I finally go in and the delivery window guy was carrying food out as I started walking in and I ask if it's for me and he said no they were working on ours. Delivered the food to another car and returned to the delivery window. I wait a few more mins. Then I walk to the walk up line. Young lady who's name I didn't catch asked if she could help me. I said I was waiting for drive thru food. She checked and said we were forgotten. At this point I start making a scene because we have young kids in the car that need to eat and go to bed, and the guy literally had just walked by me and said they would get it then didn't even bother to check. The young lady that was helping me I'm sorry for yelling at you if you read this, you were just trying to help. Santino should be fired. Didn't seem as though he even cared to be there. If that's even the correct name on the receipt for who was supposed to help us. Won't be returning to this location for awhile. Would rather drive further to another location than give them my money again. From start to finish took us 35 mins to get our food. Unacceptable. So much...

Worst Panda express in the area..I drove thru for our dinner at around 8:05pm today March 17,2023. I ordered 2 entree plate half fried rice half chowmein with Teriyaki chicken and black pepper chicken..I was told first while ordering that there will be 5-8 minutes wait for the chowmein coz they are still cooking, also ordered a bowl of fried rice with Mushroom chicken..I agreed with the 5-8 mins wait for the chowmein..but when i pulled to the window and pay my food is already ready..I asked the service staff in the drive thru coz they said there is a wait for chowmein, the guy said..Oh its already ready!!..so i took my food and drove away..When i got home and eat, i opened the box of 2 entree plate..I felt upset and disappointed right away coz i saw very small portion of both entrees and worst my chowmein is all vegetables and only few noodles are in there..I am sure that they served and given me leftovers from the pan..I am so upset and tried to call them many times but no one answers it keeps connecting me to voicemail..This is the third time that happen to me ordering food from this restaurant Drive thru..This Panda Express has been short serving me with entree's and sides..I will not comeback to this restaurant..I would rather drive to Foothills location ot Elverta location..I dont mind...
