Went in to order and the person taking orders had to insist she was right about each item and just asking her a question it was like attitude, I asked if the strawberry shakes had fruit in them and she said nope just syrup and I just in conversation said that when we had came a while back it had pieces of strawberries in it, she insisted after 7 years she knows what they serve and strawberries weren’t in it yet I know what I had but ok, then I asked for a regular smash burger single and she said to me “You need to be more specific and acted like Vana White as she throws both her hands out for me to pick and I said I just want the regular burger not all the extra La, finally figured out I had to tell her I wanted the original to appease her, then heaven forbid I asked about the Brussel sprouts and asked if they are deep fried and she says more like flash fried, I asked if their pretty good, umm I had to hear “I wouldn’t know I’m a meat potatoes person, I don’t eat vegetables, I grew up on a baseball field where we had meat”, ok yep I got my fill of her and if that’s what I have to go through coming there I will pass, the food wasn’t that great this time, ok actually the haystack onion rings and fries were pretty good, the shakes were ok, but nope none of its that great with the lousy customer service. I would not have eaten there with having to have any further dealings so glad we took the order to go. Read moreWow. The truffle mushroom burger and the smash fries tasted like a meal at an expensive restaurant. Surprisingly, the truffle mushroom burger with extra mushrooms was probably one of the best burgers I've ever had. Three burgers and three sides for 50 bucks is pretty affordable compared to other places. Hopefully the prices stay affordable and the food quality stays consistent. Will be back to this burger joint for sure.
Update 7/6/2025: We've been back at least twice since the initial review. This would have been at least our third time coming back I believe. Every time has been amazing except tonight. I agree with one of the reviews that says to not go there before they close. We placed an online order a little over an hour before they closed and it's literally like they make the food intentionally bad so you don't order before they close. I mean it's not like we ordered 5 minutes before they closed or even 30 minutes. The meat was dry, food specifications were not followed (like extra BBQ sauce for example), and the large fries were not even full (the container was literally only half way filled). Really disappointed the quality was not consistent and won't be craving it as much anymore. I understand the workers want to clean and close up beforehand but the customer also deserves to have delicious food when they spend their hard earned...
Read moreWent to the Roseville location on Blue Oaks. Horrible customer service. We've been told they are not allowed to add mayo to kids burgers because it's not healthy. Hm, ok. Because otherwise burgers are healthy? Anyway, they usually give us a side of mayo and we move on with life. Tonight, we ask for the side of mayo and the hostile employee YELLED at my husband that he cannot have mayo because she doesn't trust that he won't add it to the kids burger later. Even after my husband informed her that he intended to mix it with ketchup for his fries, she refused. After some back and forth she warned him she would "allow" a side of mayo ONCE but to never come back and order it again. Poor people behind us didn't hear the interaction and proceeded to ask for mayo. Repeat scenario. She fought THREE people about mayo while we were there. After all of that, she stuffed the bag with ranch instead, no mayo. Guess ranch is healthier in her opinion.

None of the employee have name tags so we have no idea how to report this situation. She was the only woman working tonight so it shouldn't be too hard to identify her.
