NuYo Frozen Yogurt West Roseville — Local services in Roseville

I’ll start with why they get the one star - the flavors and the amount of flavor choices are great. Now for the rest. There is absolutely no system here. They don’t give sample cups to try any of the flavors. They do sometimes have one person giving samples when requested, but the person will give one or two people sample, then is gone. The order of arrival is not respected at all. We can get there and start to grab out flavors, then suddenly get surrounded by other people and children pushing through to get their own flavor.. like they don’t have the ability to be patient. Then they will cut in front of others and stand in front of the topping section just letting their children eat the toppings off of the topping scoop that goes back into the topping! Literally putting their mouths on the public scoop. Then putting it back in! So gross. Then, and this happens every time, when you go to check out, the cashier will put their hand over the top of your yogurt to move it from the scale. Like over the top and grabbing it by the rim. There is zero reason for them to put their unwashed hands that close to my food. If they MUST move it, can they not grab it from the side? Or even better, I’ll grab it myself. Just an unclean establishment, with incompetent...

This place is nice! Super neat and clean, even at 6pm. Staff were helpful and friendly. There's plenty of seating inside and outside. The selection for flavors is nice, but the topping selection is even better. I tried the very berry (or super berry, I can't remember) and vanilla, then added strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries for toppings. The berry flavor was VERY berry— the fruit almost tasted bland compared to it lol. I loved everything. Definitely...

My roommates was craving NuYo Frozen Yogurt and so we all went and I have to say the employees definitely helpful and there service was Amazingly Awesome and can't forget the yogurt great selections including the toppings. My first time there and it won't be my last because my sister recommended this place so I it was going to be great because her kids and there friends love it there so I'll recommend this place to friends and there...
