I've gone here a few times and have been pretty disappointed each time. The first couple times were soon after it opened and was through the drive through. They got my order wrong both times after a large amount of time waiting in line. After almost a year, I decided to try it again since it had now been open for a while and I figured they might have patched some things up. Unfortunately, it seems they are still having issues. To start, I went inside to order and while I was acknowledged quickly, it was difficult ordering what I wanted. The cashier seemed to have a hard time concentrating and I had to reiterate to him multiple times that I wanted chicken on my quesadilla. Besides the fact that they seem to have discontinued the Spicy Jack Chicken Quesadilla (which was disappointing in and of itself), it was frustrating working with someone who seemed to not be trained properly, or clearly didn't want to be there. After I got my food, I noticed that the bun for my burger was stale and the quesadilla had very little filling (to where the two edge pieces were basically just tortilla). The food itself tasted alright, but overall this just seems to be a very sloppily ran fast food restaurant. The Grilled chicken on both tacos and salad were burned. It looked as if they scraped it off the grill and put it on my food. I took pictures of it. I called the store to complain. The young man was apologetic and said they could remake it and I could go back and pick it up. The temperature was 105° still and I didn't not want to go back out there in the stifling heat. He said I could pick another meal up the next day, which was forecast to be even hotter. He asked if I wanted a refund I said yes, I gave him the order number and for some reason we either couldn't hear each other or the call would just drop. Finally he told me he didn't know how to do a refund thru the app and there were no managers there to do it. I told him to take my name and number and call me back to let me know the refund had been initiated. That was 2 weeks ago and there is no credit back to my account and no one has called back to advise me of the status. Indeed it did, not to mention it was Taco Tuesday and people just got off work from their 9 to 5s, the place was packed. So I completely understood the wait. I think the location has potential, but you gotta give them time and figure out what times work best to avoid a long wait. I was actually surprised my food was still pretty warm/hot by the time I got my order. I had made 2 separate orders, forgot to order a few items. First order took 30 mins and 2nd order took about the same. So my first order sat waiting for a half hour and then I still had to drive home. Everything was there. and everything tasted pretty good. I like their grilled chicken tacos and their carne asada fries. Why did I give them 5 stars then? Because they still worked hard to get me my food, and I can't blame the staff for equipment failures.
