I ordered the chicken chilula and gave me the wrong meat with the sandwich. When I asked them to remake the sandwich, the manager told they used the correct protein(they put 3 thin slices of turkey instead of grilled chicken). When asked if I could get extra meat, the manager told me it would costed extra despite the fact they messed up the order. I got my refund and will not order from them again.

In short, the store is run be a disingenuous person who needs to be replaced or re-trained hwo customer...

Placed online order at 2:20. Said would ready at 2:40, waited in car, went in at 2:40

2 employees standing around, 1 in back, place empty, 2 people eating

Said they cpuldnt find my order, showed receipt

Then thdy gound it taped on counter with othet orders.

One lady told me i was early, the other daid no we are late, daid " 2 minutes", Now if 2:55, and was just callec up...15 min wait past the time it was suppose to be feafy plus 20 mins waiting in car

No aplogies.

Really love the sandwiches & bread here. However, they have messed up my order more times than they have gotten it right at this location. Very disappointing to get take out & get home to eat & have it not be what you asked for. This seems to be common for this location looking at other reviews. Not sure I'll be back to this location seeing as this is becoming a regular experience. Many other places to eat in the area that...
