We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Starbucks at 8690 Sierra College Boulevard in Roseville, California on Tuesday, May 27. I visited the café with my two daughters, and from the very beginning, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. The entire team was incredibly polite, attentive, and friendly.

Our order was taken with genuine kindness, and the drinks and food were not only delicious but also beautifully prepared. Everything was done with care, and it truly showed. We were extremely satisfied and impressed by the quality and the service.

Very cozy place I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the wonderful music that was playing the coffee was amazing and what had an excellent customer service the baristas were kind and generous with their portions and asked me if I would like anything else I said no and they respected that the seating was nicely spaced out with electrical ports for everyone's be able to use their laptops or electronic devices I was able to sit there for long hours and get my homework done and also be able to watch Hulu without being disturbed by anyone asking for money I would definitely recommend the Starbucks to my friends too, for study sessions because is a great atmosphere and...

Made my beverage correctly. Although the Google maps app says it is less busy than usual, the process took too long IMHO. Also they were out of my snack of choice as well as large straws. This makes me sad. Add all that to the fact that I had to get out of my car, because of no drive through, equates to me not visiting this establishment again. There is once chance to make a good first impression. Lastly, not one of the three staff encountered staff smiled at me. Time for some management intervention or some puppy uppers.
