Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in California

Had the absolute WORST pick up experience ever at @RoundTablePizza at the Sierra College Blvd location in Roseville California. My $100+ order was 45 minutes late AFTER the original 20 min pick up time. There were 9 other unhappy customers patiently waiting for their orders. I asked what the issue was and they responded with they were “busy”. I asked to speak to a supervisor and Simon came out and was extremely rude and after suggesting that they correct the pick up times and also let the customers know that they were delayed by more than 30 minutes would be helpful he asked what I wanted him to do for me, and before I could answer he said (very rudely and sarcastically) “What about a free ranch will that work for you?” The staff seemed uninterested in providing ANY kind of customer service.

I proceed to wait, and the employees (led by Simon) were singing songs and joyfully going about their conversations without greeting or speaking to any customers. The young girl employee had no idea how to run the one register at the front and she also came from behind the pizza making station to use the register and had pizza sauce and ingredients all over her hands and touched the screen and RETURNED to making pizzas WITHOUT washing her hands!!!!!!! NOT one employee was wearing a hair net. Simon’s long hair was down and loose as he was making pizzas. While I waited my 45 min I used the restroom and it was absolutely disgusting and had not been tended to. The trash in the lobby was overflowing as well. I asked Simon for the store manager or franchise owner information and he wrote down an INELIGIBLE email for me on a receipt paper and said there is no phone number. That the manager Destinee would not be back until Wednesday. I will NEVER visit a Round Table location in Roseville ever again. I cannot believe the lack of BASIC customer service and cleanliness in this facility....

LITERALLY THE WORST DELIVERY EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. My mom, my boyfriend and I were visiting family in Sacremento, had been traveling all day and hadn't eaten anything and we figured pizza would be easy. We were staying 3 miles away from this Round Table so we thought it'd be fast. We used their online ordering system to order 3 pizzas and 5 sides of ranch. I had to tip ahead of time, which now makes sense because I wouldn'tve tipped a dime after my experience. My order was supposed to be delivered by 6:50. I waited for OVER AN HOUR (over an hour from when they said they'd be delivering the pizza, not from when I ordered) before calling. The lady on the phone apologized and said they were running late on orders because it was raining. She said my order was ready and in the car, they just needed to drive it over and that it would be 10-15 minutes before it got here. 27 MINUTES LATER we received three cold pizzas and a bag of open containers of ranch dressing. At this point we'd been waiting for over 2 and a half hours so we stomached our cold, burnt pizza and threw out the plastic bag that was dripping ranch. Hands down the worst experience I've ever had with a delivery of any kind, and probably the worst restaurant-related...

Have only ordered from here twice. First time was years ago and instead of getting the same pizza we always get I decided to go here. Thought everything was fine until my Ofer was over 20 minutes late. Made sure to add to the notes that I only had $100 bill even said sorry (I get it’s hard to deal with at times ). Driver finally gets here soon as I answer the door he seems like his day isn’t going well. He proceeds to snap at me saying they don’t take $100 dollar bills and they would this once. Gets disgruntled while counting out my change ( had to have been a bad day) I decided to call because I didn’t really appreciate being spoken to like that I had explained that’s the bill I had (there was nothing when ordering online that said they don’t take those bills) well I speak with the manager and she doesn’t even know why he commented on it because she had approved it before he left ! So you can imagine I was a lot more upset on top of $1 isn’t much for a topping but it is when it’s not included and you are charged for it. So pizza that was sitting because it was a little late. Order wrong and was told off about what I paid with. Suuucks because the pizza was actually good but definitely...
