I visited your store today, and your cashier was unable to process my gift card balance redemption upon request. When she referred to her manager for help, the manager stated she had been instructed by the franchise owner to NOT comply with state laws and refused to process the gift card balance request. Your store lost a customer today, and I would recommend that you review CA state laws regarding gift card balance redemption. I love Jamba, but have to admit that I haven't frequented this location as much as I should be doing! The store is clean and welcoming. The staff are incredibly friendly. You can tell they genuinely care by how willing they are to go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. We usually (not always) have bad experiences at this location. Our drinks will not taste right, and most of the staff isn't as chipper as other locations' counterparts. During times of promotions, those that have helped us didn't seem as though they knew anything about them.
