Please retrain your staff at this location. The older (asian/hispanic) lady there this morning around 4:45am-ish has terrible attitude. I simply asked to give me the correct amount of a tall coffee after i opened the lid after purchasing it to check since I could tell from the weight it was extremely the incorrect amount. She looked at the coffee with a complete blank stare and grabbed an actual empty tall coffee to compare the one she just gave to me. Without any words back to me or gestures she measured and poured a little bit more in which was still the incorrect amount. I just took ot and left. Anyways if you have a bad attitude and you don't like customer service you shouldn't be working in this line of work. As a paying customer who has been buying the same coffee for 15 years now trust me I know the correct amount hence me asking me more for just the correct amount of a tall coffee. Please have a better attitude and the correct product you are selling.

All I ask for is to line the cup with extra extra caramel drizzle. I truly hate asking them to pour my drink into a different cup that’s lined with extra extra caramel drizzle but when I am paying $7.00 for a drink I’d like to enjoy it. And a lot of the time I hydrate take the drink as is. And when I ask them to kindly pour it into a different cup they have not only handed me the same cup back or they make it with even less caramel. Read moreI sent my 12 year old daughter in to pick up our mobile order. The woman who she asked for help was rude to her. She argues with her about one of the drinks needing to be hot.. dumps out the drink and complains to her about how it can’t be made like that. My daughter had to explain how we’ve had it made that way multiple times. So she continues making other peoples drinks.. then makes ours correct. I called back to complain and the person who answered. Arlo or Arlan..? Was just like oh I’m sorry. The big issue I have here is she was rude and snappy with a CHILD. Maybe check your age and understand that she’s a kid trying to pick up before school drinks and don’t be hard on her and ruin a child’s morning. Also as far as customer service goes Starbucks, you could do way better and have. Unfortunately good customer service apparently does not exist anymore. We picked up our order at 7:28 this morning.
