Panda Express — Restaurant in Roseville

This Panda location is pure, authentic, 100% Grade-A awesome :) I actually drive quite a bit out of my way to come to this specific restaurant location because of the truly wonderful people who staff and run this restaurant. I have had the distinct pleasure of interacting most often on my visits with three of the highly capable counter servers on many occasions; these being Jeuwena, Lilly and Anthony.. All three of them are you truly gems of humanity in their own unique ways, but the common denominator amongst them is the gifted manner in which they present a friendly, welcoming and extremely positive approach to customer interaction. They are all of them legitimately kind, intelligent, full of good humor and highly capable in the customer service arena.... it is such a smile-inducing experience to know such capable and worthy young people are the customer-facing associates staffing this location. The nighttime manager at this location is an extremely kind person and a talented supervisor, though I have yet to learn her name to extend her due credit in this review, though she absolutely deserves the recognition. The cooks and kitchen staff are clearly also highly skilled, hard-working and resultingly the dishes somehow all taste better from this particular Panda than from any of the others which I've patroned in the area :). It is said that every job is worth doing if you take pride in what you do, and if you do it well. Every one of the employees and supervisors here exemplify that in every manner, and it is duly impressive to see such a well-run, well-managed restaurant employing the absolute gold standard of people who clearly care very much about quality and treating their customers well. I applaud them both from a professional perspective as well as a personal one. Lest I forget to mention, even the internal counter and eating areas are remarkably clean and well-appointed. I never do things like write reviews but today was enough. I made a big order for $200 through Doordash and through my app was keep looking when they were going to make the order and this people took forever and never made the order after 2 hours of waiting and the doordash app keeps changing the time for delivering and when I called this place they have the nerve 😡 to tell me that they were just about to make the food seriously the service in this place is super bad it seems that they didn’t care about the order and what exactly they were doing no other panda places ever done such thing. This location is really bad service and I had to canceled the order and the lady said well you have to cancel it through doordash we don’t have those rights. Seriously they were trying to keep my money with no order delivered. Bad bad experience. Well I reported to DoorDash and called this panda location again and let them know that they need to cancelled the order from their side as well. They’re lost an order for $200 even Doordash representative said they usually take 30 to 40 minutes he was surprised as well told him was more then 2 hours literally they didn’t care. Been here Twice and both times my Food was super good. Tasted fresh and Hot!! Went here today with my husband and son and sat outside. The inside of this panda is really nice as well I've never seen a panda this nice. The Honey sesame chicken breast and the String bean chicken breast is soooooo Yummy Super yummy. I even asked the girl serving my food if I could please get more chicken in my string bean chicken cause last time it was like nothing but green beans.... she said I'll do my best and she did I thought that was very kind of her. It's nice and clean inside and nice n chill from the AC. Next time I want to eat inside I was just cold and it was beautiful outside so I enjoyed my good food in the nice warm sun. I'll definitely be back. I usually choose real Chinese over panda but this panda is really good. I actually came here my first time after picking up real Chinese and they messed up my honey walnut Chicken so I took it back n came here n was like Whoaahhh okay panda yum!!!!!
