I truly wish I had a better experience.
Here is my experience: I went into the store with my 3-year-old daughter. The store owner's son is about the same age. The owner's son thought it was okay to spit on his hand and then touch my daughter's face with his hand. After telling the child "no that's not okay" many times. He did not stop. He then decided that it was okay to start kicking my daughter. I am more than happy to support a business that includes the family, with that being said, if you're going to have your child at work with you you should make sure that they behave appropriately and with respect to others along with their boundaries. The guardian of the child did discipline the child. But that made it worse, I do not agree with hitting your child to correct their behavior. I thought to myself, it is a child and kids are always learning so I continued to stay in the store hoping to find a dress for me and my daughter.
At the end of the day, I did not find the dresses that I wanted for me and my daughter. There was a lack of inventory in the particular color and material that I had in mind. I believe the associate that was helping me took the time to help me, but could have responded better to me through the selection process.
For example, I told her I wanted a smooth material. She provided a dress and I told her that "this material was too rough." She responded with "this material is not rough".

Read moreI gave a dress for alteration which was bigger/loose. First they altered it very tight despite taking measurements so I had to give it back for re-altering it. I specifically gave instructions to alter only on one side of the dress and they did both the sides and again it is loose. I tried at the fitting room where I was in a hurry and I never noticed the changes at first but once I came home, I realized they never followed the instructions I said.
