I ordered fried potstickers and the General Chicken dinner combo. The fried potstickers were good, but the dipping sauce is "interesting" - it's a bit on the sweet and thicker side. Definitely different than the typical savory potsticker sauce served at most Chinese restaurants that's thin enough to soak into the potstickers. The General Chicken was good, and plenty spicy since I requested it extra spicy. However, I prefer a bit less sauce to ensure the chicken is more on the crispy side. I ordered my combo with half fried rice and half chow mein. There was surprisingly more chow mein than fried rice, so I was left wanting a bit more fried rice to eat the chicken with. I called Grand Asian n Cajun to set something up for Mothers day with my family. None of us have ever been here before and I AM SO HAPPY I STUMBLED UPON THIS PLACE. It is all around incredible. Great ambiance and atmosphere, everyone who was working was very kind. We all tried various different combo buckets for the boil bags and all of us were loving the amount, flavor and price. Seriously, love that the seafood here is incredible and it doesn't break the bank. We had a large group and drinks came quickly as well as everyone's food, we all got to start eating together at the same time. It all started with me wanting to try crawfish for my birthday and searching “crawfish near me” to find that this was the closest place.

Now… I’m hooked! I’m not kidding when I tell you I practically dream about eating here every night. I have gone here about 6 times in the last month! Mind you… it is about an hour long drive from where I live. Worth it? Oh undoubtedly! If you go for a seafood boil, get the flavor fusion sauce. I have no idea how they do it, but it is truly addicting. On top of the delicious mouth-watering food. The owner is absolutely amazing, funny and really great to talk to as well. This has become my all time favorite restaurant. Ever. (Still trying to convince them to let me work there in exchange for a life time supply of free crawfish though)
