Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Roseville

I came in here September 10th 2021 I made a big purchase of around $50 I ordered 10 chilli dogs no cheese 5 corn dogs 2 chilli fries no cheese and a large chilli fry no cheese, we also got 4 waters for my kids a large Dr pepper and a large strawberry lemonade. We come here quite often because my children and I really love Weinerschnitzel, we've actually come to this exact location quite often because it's the closest to our house, we've never had bad customer service and everyone has always been friendly and the food has been on point. Tonight we came in and they put the cheese on the chilli fries when we asked the corn dogs were also quote burnt and the chilli dogs were like warm this has by far been the worst time ever coming here but I do understand mistakes happen so I called up there to let them know that there was cheese on our fries and we don't eat cheese can we maybe get our name out down and have it replaced at a later time because we're already sitting down eating the food because we live about 15 mins away and we're hungry they said they could only give us new fries if we brought it in right now and would not allow us to get new chilli fries at a later date. They were also pretty rude on the phone I didn't even mention the burnt corn dog and Luke warm chilli dogs because I was willing to just deal with that but the cheese is something we can't do. The customer service I received here tonight or the lack of any customer service was complete and utter disrespect especially after spending $50 in this establishment I would like a manager or supervisor of some sort to either replace our food after this or we just absolutely will not be using or eating at any type of Weinerschnitzel ever again and will never recommend them to any friends. To replace a couple chilli fries that you guys couldn't get right would have been so simple and made some very loyal customers happy and kept us coming back for many many more years, I hope you can make this right otherwise we'll just save our money...

30 years and counting, still my favorite!

I've been going to this location since the begining sharing family memories and moments while eating my favorite food in the whole world... chilli cheese fries. If I had a last meal it would be their chilli cheese fries!!!

Some of the staff ive known for almost my entire life and they have always gone above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.

I've been given a free drink a number of time for the food taking a bit longer than they would like.

The location itself has changes a lot over the years, I remember going to their bathroom from inside down a long hallway which they have since gotten rid of and is accessed from outside.

The inside seating is clean and the place is well kept, I enjoy sitting a the booth and sharing new memories and moments with my family that they will cherish as I still do to this day.

Best WS around. I've been to this location least 4 times maybe 5 and every single time I've been my food is Always Hot and fresh! I always get chili cheese fries and I always ask for my fries well done and that's exactly how they come. HOT HOT HOT CHEESY MELTY CRISPY FRIES with delish chili and just enough cheese. Corn dogs are always yummy favorite corn dogs in the world. I also found my favorite spot for Strawberry lemonade this is where it's at. Wendys always had the best strawberry lemonade to me but this is my new favorite. The drive thru is usually busy but the staff are always nice. I also love they don't just throw your food in the bag all messy. My foods always bagged nicely. I wish I would have taken pictures but the foods so dam good I just eat it right away.
