Horrible experience today with a young woman employee working the entrees and a older woman, Paty. I got three plates to go along with two small entrees. I wanted to pay for each separately: one plate (chow Mein and rice, honey walnut and teriyaki), another plate with the side small entree, and the last plate with the small entree. I tell the lady to ring up the entire plate with the chow mein, rice, honey Walnut, and teriyaki separately because it was for a coworker (so he gave cash to pay separately). She just rings up the teriyaki by itself and then wants me to pay again for the plate. The young woman comes over to help her out and attacks me with “technical terms”. I told her it wasn’t complicated. I provided a picture of the “to-go plate” which has the double chow mein or half and half with two entrees inside of it. I told her that was a plate and I wanted every plate to be separate because it was for myself and two other coworkers. They complicated the situation and make me feel really uncomfortable that I was almost at the point of walking out because of how frustrating it was. I’ve been eating at Panda Express since a little child (meaning one or twice every other month or rarely), and I’ve never had a horrible customer experience like this before. I’ve been to this exact location several times and yet nothing like this has ever happened. I’ve told them in the past I wanted the plates to be separated and they understood it without any questions or concerns. I understand the other young woman was trying to explain the explanation, but she doesn’t need to attack me and make me feel uncomfortable. I will not be returning to this location anymore. Honest review, this happened on 10/19/18...
Read moreI just went into Panda Express. A girl who was waiting on me making my plate was named the Miranda. I tried to compliment her and I say that I was happy that she got the microphone and I bet she was probably happy to because it helps people hear so much better. She wouldn't even respond to me. I knew she heard me since the microphone was blaring in her face. And it wasn't because she was busy because nobody was in there. She was rude!!! We come in here all the time. I prefer this particular Panda Express because I feel like the food is always fresh. This is the first time I've ever been in here and got extremely rude service. She actted like she had a major chip on her shoulder and if she was having a bad day that is completely understandable but you don't take out it on your customers. Then when she was taking my money she gave me an eye roll because I tried to hand for my money. I get that there is covid protocol. Every restaurant and facility has different covid rules.. I went to exit the building and she literally stopped me in my tracks and told me to use the other door. Which I didn't understand because I was parked on the parking side by the opposite door. And I go I can't use that door and she just looked at me and said no that's the exit. I probably won't be back to this restaurant. You should correct the bad behavior of your employees so they don't treat other customers without her disrespect for no apparent reason. And I hope she has a better day and doesn't treat the next person the same way she treated us. Take a deep...
Read moreI'm an Asian guy who really enjoys Chinese food, especially at Panda Express. However, my recent experience at the Panda Express in Roseville was incredibly disappointing and saddening. I was treated horribly solely because of my Asian ethnicity. This server named KEVELYNE had the audacity to yell at me in Spanish, knowing damn well that I couldn't understand her. I could tell from her emotions that she was cursing at me, which is completely unacceptable. I also believe she despises her job. It all started when I was trying to order my food, and she rudely rushed me and displayed a mean attitude. Ever since I moved to Roseville, I've been going to this location at least three times a week. I'll admit, sometimes I struggle to order due to my accent, which they find difficult to comprehend. Maybe that's why she became impatient, but it's still utterly unacceptable and incredibly sad. I felt disrespected, and unfortunately, I think it's solely because I'm Asian that she treated me this way. It's really disheartening. Given how often I visit this store and how well they know me, I no longer trust them. I was left...
