Very incompetent workers there and very poorly flavored drinks. My son ordered a chai latte from there. It literally tasted like milk while the girl claims she put syrup in the drink. It looked like milk and it tasted like milk. The other time I went there I kept asking the lady to put chocolate sauce into the drink, she kept putting chocolate flavoring in. I kept telling her like this is not what I want, and she kept putting chocolate flavoring more and more chocolate flavoring instead of just putting the chocolate syrup in there, I tried this place a few times and have been disappointed every time. I love this place! I've never sat inside (I believe you can) but it has a cozy, cabin theme. I live right by Meijer and stop by here almost every morning after dropping my son off to school. Sierra is great and remembers my usual order every time 😅 they have so many flavors & alternative milks! I can't say much about the food since I am sensitive to gluten & don't eat meat. But my s.o. likes their food/treats, and my son likes their fruity drinks (cotton candy/blue raspberry.) OMG OMG OMG!!! The owner, Sierra is the best and her customer service is second to none. A year ago, my wife introduced to the Carmel Apple Cooler and it was love at first sip. I've never been a coffee drinker and I felt life was grand without it. HOWEVER, this drink is my EVERYTHING. The blend of espresso and Carmel is a married made in heaven.
