We are a Starbucks family and visit multiple times a week. We often hit the drive thru but on Saturday (Dec.17th at 2:30) my daughter suggested going inside. Sadly, the trip took a turn for the negative the minute we stepped inside. The guy taking our order greeted us with a smile and was kind and welcoming. Once we walked down to pick up our drinks I was rather disgusted. The entire area was gross! Counters were sticky and liquids and other powders or mixtures were everywhere. Garbage was on the floors and the place was in complete disarray. I listened as the two ladies making drinks talked about being āemoā and āhating all peopleā. I watched as they barley cleaned pitchers out and then started yet another drink in that same dirty nasty container (It would have taken 60 seconds to properly rinse it out!) In addition they laughed and bragged as they added mocha chips to multiple drink so they could make more than one order at a time and laughed and joked about customers even noticing the extra ingredient in their drink. These drinks are $5-$8 eachā¦ā¦now I need to wonder if the employees are just winging it to simplify their job?!?! And they joke about it?!?!
When our drinks were finally done, I was handed my Carmel Machiatto only to have caramel smeared all over my hand and sleeve as it dripped all down the top and side of my cup. I asked the girl behind the counter to please put it in a new cup so it wasnāt sticky and, with an annoyed response, she just slid another Venti cup over it and handed it back.
I love Starbucks! I also understand being busy, understaffed and overall exhausted. What I donāt understand is a filthy work space when preparing food, employees bragging about altering customers drinks for their own laziness and over all poor attitude/customer service.
Iām hopeful this was just an off day for this particular location but for us it was quite disappointing and will detour me from visiting...

First off we used the mobile app to place our order just to find out the lobby was closed. My sister went to the door 3 times because the drive thru line was super long where the staff ignored her. We then go in the drive thru which I have to wait almost a hour after placing the order. I get to the window and the coffees were all melted. I then ask if they can be remade because they are melted. Then the girl working gave me an attitude and was like āwell you order this at 11:30ā to which I explained to her that I came when the order was done and my sister went to the door nobody came and I had to get in the drive through line. She gives me attitude and then we get the coffee. My sisters coffee was extremely water downed and extremely over chocolatity. This was a bad experience all the way around and I definitely will not be recommending people to go to this...

When she realized I was calling to discuss her she hung up on me. I called back and she wouldnāt answer. No one answered and their were 4 or 5 people present. I called as soon as I left the store because I had an appointment. I refuse to spend money and receive unsatisfactory service. She was ignorant and rude from beginning to end.
Dana looked in my face several times l and never greeted me. No one said someone will be right with you so I stood there. Two white males came in and she greeted them. When my order was ready she didnāt say my name. I asked for a straw several times and she ignored me. I said excuse me can I have a straw please again after I looked around the store for one. She said grab one from behind the front counter. Another worker just went and got me one....
