Go See Joyce ...Bartender. She is Fantastic! Makes great drinks! Attentive, fun , friendly graceful under pressure Especially on Margarita day ! Bartender ! She was taking care of a nearly full bar We were seated at one of 5 booths in the bar area ( also almost full) She was very very busy , but Never forgot about us off to the side. ( Never made Anyone wait for that matter) that I could tell.... Everyone was laughing and having a good time ( Enter Strangers and became friends atmosphere) warm & welcoming ! Food Excellent DONT LOSE THE CHEF TC! STEAKS OMG! The STEAKS!! The SALMON!! Never can go wrong. HATS OFF! to the CHEF Last night. They Know how to cook Steaks tender juicy medium rare Perfection tons of flavor without losing that Great Steak taste! Fantastic! Delicious! ( Don't lose that Chef TC) Dumpling soup is Always Awsome flavorful and filling ! ( I Always get a quart to go home with) Terrific Garden Salad enough for 2 no complaints there....ate the rest for breakfast ( I recommend the Blue Cheese Crumbles and dressing on the side) They have really good chili too! And The Steaks.... Did I mention the Steaks? Lol Can't give much on dessert because there is never enough room for it. One more thing... There are other Steak places in the area yes been to most throughoutthe years... they are ok, Always something wrong with the meal received Never fails. I don't go out to eat often. Especially these days... When I do I want it to be Consistent & Delicious . With Friendly happy helpful people to make my going out to dinner or dining experience enjoyable and worth the $$$$ to do it again! SOOOO AGAIN ...... My family was in town to visit grandparents. I told my husband that I would reward him with a steak dinner that night. I called Texas Corral, a restaurant that we had never eaten or visited before, and Mr. Shane answered the phone. He kept his cool, he told me that it was his 3rd night and he needed to get help to make sense of the order. I had a very large order for a family of 5. He placed me on hold and went to retrieve help. A moment later Ms. Jana picked up. She clarified what my order was, she added all the additions and told me what my total was.

Thoroughly impressed with both of their customer service. They were immensely helpful after a long hard day of visiting and driving. Shane even told me that he checked the order 3x to make sure everything was inside of the bag. I didn't check, I just trusted. I got back to our hotel stay, opened the bags, and to our surprise our complicated order was all there.

A HUGE shout out to Shane and Jana. It is NOT easy being in the food industry or working customer service. However, you both set the standard on what quality service is supposed to be and look like. We enjoy Texas Corral for numerous reasons: #1. You get delicious hot rolls with honey butter as soon as you're seated! #2. There's a bucket of peanuts and you can throw the shells on the floor. #3. They have a $5.99 lunch menu. #4. On Tuesday a kids meal is $ .99 #5. The burger on the kids meal is huge! Choice of sides, Texas fries, baked potato, veggies... Add a bronco salad for $.99 #6. The daily drink menu is pretty good! Sunday Bloody Mary's, all the garnishments, pickle, celery, olives, celery salt, hot pepper, all on a skewer. You're welcome to ask for whatever you want. Monday $1 drafts Tuesday $1 bottles Wednesday $2 Corona Thursday $3 well drinks Friday $1 off of Texas size drinks Saturday same as Friday So, basically, if you go on a Tuesday, have Dad order a lunch menu for $5.99. Kids meal for $.99 and bronco salad for $.99. my daughter and I share the kids meal anyway. $1 bottles of beer on the wall...(I really hope you get the joke in that) Total:$8 for food and maybe $4 in drinks. $12 for the family to eat and drink sensibly!
