Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Ross Township

Stay far away from the new Slices and Stix. Terrible. Really good food when you can get it, that's the only reason for two stars. Otherwise usually will not answer phone for orders, and if you get there, plan on waiting way more than you are told. Never have anything ready when you are told. Service is almost non-existing.

Update, called to order a new thin crust pizza and Italian Cheese Bread. Phone was answered, food was ready when told and it was really good. Didn't see anyone there I recognized previously. I might try it again soon.

Ordered, gave them 30 mins for a 15 min order, after 40 mins still nothing after taking my money. Claimed it was still in oven. Would have been burnt by now. Probably never made it as usual. Several customers coming back in after getting wrong order. I think I am done giving this place any chance at all.

UPDATE 11/14/19: after a complete remodel and new staff, got the app used the pizza portal, and guess what? Remodel does not change the nature of this store. One person waiting and no one else around, but was told the order would not be ready for a while because they were so busy. No one bothered to ask who I was, and then finally after a long wait, someone there stuck my order in the pizza portal without saying a thing and then messed up the order. New look, same...

Guys when I tell you that we received the worst customer service eve the other day at this location. We decided to have a fight party on the 13, we then placed our orders at approximately 1:30 pm with a pick up time for 5:00-5:05pm. We arrived at 5:05pm. We went into the location in hopes that our products were ready, it was already paid for via app. The young lady at the front told us that it was not ready, and that it would take 30 minutes????? So we used patience tho we were vexed (order placed at 1:30 and paid) why isn’t it done and waiting? So we wait 30 minutes, and the young lady says sorry but my managers Doreen and Sarah(?) said that it’s not ready and that it would require 45 min!????!!!??? We then asked to speak with one of them, where the young lady went and came back, and said “they said they can’t come to the front, they are tooo busy!” I was at my end at that point, yet didn’t make a scene. She said, I’m sorry(young lady frt end) I understand your frustration. We along with other patrons were all in shock saying how unfair and unprofessional it was for them not to acknowledge us. We waited all the until 6:20pm to get our pizza that out of four boxes only one of them were hot and ready. I still hve the pictures and pizza to show. It was a real let down, and ruined my fight party. The pizza was dried...

Was there on 6/16/23.. Placed on online order at around 8:40pm Was told my pickup would be between 9:04 and 9:09 pm. I was there on time. I had a parking space where I could watch the automated pick up station and my name never came up for more than a half hour. at 9:45, I see them lock up the store and I go bang on the window, they tell me they are closing. I inquire about the pizza I'm waiting on. they let me in and check my name. They guy says it been ready for a half hour. I asked why it wasn't put in the pick up station and the guy shrugs. He goes in back and I see him pull a pizza box from someplace out of sight and slap a sticker on it and bring it up to me. I don't trust him so I open the box to look at the pizza. It's the most burnt pizza I've ever seen, not just dried out from sitting, but nothing but brown/black . I tell him that this pizza is unacceptable and he tells me a new one will take 20 minutes to make. I demand a refund. Truly awful experience. Sad thing is... only about a year or two ago, I considered this the best Little Ceasars I had ever been to with awesome service. For the past 6 months, every experience there seems to keep...
