Wish a negative star was a option. Put in a moblie order for pick up. Arrived to empty parking lot and about 3 cars in line and went inside. Took about 10 minutes until a employee to acknowledge i was even in the building and shouted what are you waiting for, (my timing must have been an interruption of what looked and sounded like an simultaneously break of 3 so called employees). I replied my drink that was supposed to be ready 5 minutes ago. To which i recieved an eye roll. 2 minutes later i was thrown a drink. I left and drove away, took a drink of my supposed Carmel Brulee latte and spit it out. It was just espresso and milk, no flavoring whatsoever. This is NOT the 1st, 2nd time my order was messed up and I felt as it I was an inconvenience as a customer. I can understand being busy but this was not the case and it was more like walking into a study hall on the last day of senior year, as they did not have a care to what and who was around them. Laughing and disrespecting customers is a BIG RED FLAG! Management is non existant and I am still waiting for the mangament and district team to contact me as per my email from Customer Care stated. Needless to say, I won't be going back to this starbucks again, 3rd time is a charm!
GO TO GETGO or MCDONALDS at least there you get treated as a person, feel welcomed and will 99.9% get the right order!
Addition- you must not read reviews, i specifically wrote that i am still awaiting a reply from the mangament per starbucks customer care. I am a loyal Starbucks customer and have been for the past 10 years. There is no other store that I choose to go to... The people here are sooooo amazing and I want to make sure corporate has heard. The satisfaction they give is impeccable. They are down to earth employees, who remember me (BY NAME) and know my order. My grandmother, sister, niece, and I attend Starbucks and do a "Starbucks Date" at least twice a week. They have come to know us very well.
