Wendy's — Restaurant in Rossford

Honestly, I do not like this Wendy's. The carpet is so disgusting. Your shoes stick to it. Gross!!!! It needs to be pitched and new flooring installed....maybe sonething that can be better cleaned when there is a spill.

My salad had lots of gross lettuce. Wilty and gross. This is the only Wendy's where I've gotten a yucky salad with old lettuce and tons of core. Also, they pre-prep salad packets with dressing, a fork, and the toppings & store them in the fridge. Tortilla strips go stale in the fridge. Those def should NOT be in the fridge. I dont know how other toppings do in the fridge. The lady I asked for fresh ones was complaining to a worker about me that I asked for freah ones. I think this is rude, especially when I'm a guest and spent money to be there. Not my fault THEY put chips in a fridge.

They messed up our order. They didnt give us all our food. They seemed put out that we wanted our sandwich, and other tortilla chips. They do not have butter, only soy based vegetable whip. One in our group is highly allergic to soy but the workers were agitated that she needed something else.

The lady working the fries was ONLY working fries, but she was kind when we were leaving and she was by the door.

They didn't have change, so it was exact change or card only. There was no sign posted. Not professional. I know things happen, but sheesh. One person in our group even gathered $7 in coins for them to buy. They didn't even seem grateful.

Kindness goes a LONG WAY especially when we were polite and friendly to them despite issues. I don't...

I love Wendy's. But this place should not be able to serve the public. Walking in seeing the "best fries ever" p.o.p on your door. 😂 My family and I came through last week on our way to Canada. 8pm on a Saturday. Rock music (no offense) blaring from behind the counter. Managers cutting it up with the employees in the back (noticeaby) all while I paid 40 for my family to eat here, carry-out, was pulling a boat. Get our food pretty fast. Thank you. The young lady at the counter was nice enough. We received our food. Get to the car. Fries are cold and hard. Back inside with all 3 orders. Girl puts fresh fries down and says it will only be 90 seconds. Alright. So if it takes 90secs why are my fries cold and old? No answer. No management to come to my noticeaby disappointed face. I wait. All the while they talking how the car that is pulled will have to wait because their "fresh" food will be up soon. I get to my car. Get going north 75. To notice that my $7 chicken sandwich is hard, cheese couldn't even stick to it it was so hard, had to have been since the lunch rush. My husband's baconator was so dry from being old, the water that they forgot to give wouldn't even have moistened it up. This is absurd. Do not attempt this "so called restaurant". This Wendy's has officially made me a sad panda. I was ready for all the glory that a baconator has to offer, however I was served I think cardboard? Or at least that was the flavor profile, if that's what they were going for, on point, however I was expecting juicy bacony goodness.

But no worries, I've eaten cardboard before, I'll just throw some ranch on it.... I asked for several extra ranches to go along with my baconator and 20 piece spicy nuggets (don't worry I'm bulking), there was only one sad ranch sauce cup staring back at me.

Now, here I am left with an existential crisis at 11a m , way to early for that in my humble opinion.
