I placed a pickup order for breakfast, come to find out they use DoorDash for online ordering regardless if picking up or delivery, when I arrived I was told my amount and paid. When I got home both the meals were completely wrong, items wrong, food burnt, and found hair in the food. We call the store and spoke with Jennifer who was very polite and apologetic. I will say we were offered a replacement or refund. We opted for refund because after the whole thing we lost our appetite. Jennifer explained because we used door dash she couldn't do the refund. I explained I paid in store only ordered thru the website. Well come to find out I paid twice. Again thru all of this Jennifer was pleasant and helpful. She explained I had to call DoorDash for that refund and that she would work on getting the refund from the store end. Ok, no big deal she told me stop up in a few hours and she would handle that part. I stop in couple hours later ask for Jennifer and a gentleman begins to explain why they can't give me the refund. All I did was ask why did they have me come up if a refund couldn't be done? He started to give a little bit of attitude and began explaining further things about IT not answering them etc. This didn't make sense to me as how can a manager not initiate a refund? When I am in store with my card? So all I did was ask again ok why didn't they just tell me so I wouldn't of waited instead of coming back up? At this point he jumps up asks what the amount was to which I said $25 something as he ran off. I pulled out my phone to look at my bank and by the time it loaded he returned and I said it was $25.48 to which he ran off again to the register. I said hey I don't care about the .48 cents but he grabs $26 from the register shoves it into my stomach and says "you obviously need it more then us". At that point I was about to lose it but just took the money and walked out. Issues happen we never raised our voices or complained Jennifer was exemplary and handling everything fine. But whoever this gentleman is completely changed this whole experience. Jennifer if you see this thank you for actually being helpful and kind. But to the gentleman you shouldn't be in any position of management and hopefully your not. To treat someone with such disrespect was uncalled for. Read moreWe were in there Friday night, the 29th, and apparently the 'owner' was in there with the family?! We were sitting right by their table. There was one Hostess who was clearly working on her own, while the other was up there standing at the podium doing nothing! But that was ok! Anyway, the one female Manager flew over to the one Hostess, and we can hear the Manager SNAP...& I MEAN SNAP at the Hostess (who was helping the wait staff get their tables together to get these people seated, and that was running her head off,) 'THAT'S MELISSA, THE OWNER!!!! SHE NEEDS SEATED NOW, GET UP THERE AND GET HER SEATED!!!!!!' While the one pot-head Hostess was just standing up front TRYING to look pretty I guess???! Meanwhile, that Manager flew by a few tables that were dirty and would've been easier to just clean one off, I stead of humiliating that struggling Hostess!! Totally burned my a$$, and felt so sorry for the one Hostess who was ACTUALLY working... I'm an owner of a business in the area, and can relate to bad Management from years of experience leading up till now!! I would NEVER treat my employees like that!! I'm all about trying to impress the 'Owners', even if it's a mess, and unorganized, but last I checked, we all eat and go to the bathroom the same way!!! Read moreWe live about 25 minutes away, but shop in the area around once a month. We've been coming here almost every time we shop, but the last time we were there was our final visit. There's been times we have walked out after a meal saying to each other, "Well, at least the food was good." because the service certainly wasn't. The ONLY times it ever seemed half decent is when Amber has been our server. This time, it was both. Though the server approached us almost immediately, we waited over 15 minutes on a slow day just for our beverages. That was after complaining. My bacon was almost raw, and the rest of my food was room temp. I ate it anyway after waiting so long for it. We were never checked on until we were almost done, and again, waited a long time for a requested drink refill. I gulped it down and left, leaving my husband to finish his meal and pay while I went shopping with tears in my eyes because the experience was so bad. It's taken my almost a MONTH to finally say something, as I would not have been able to delete the expletives sooner than this.
